Jeremiah 49

За синовете на Амон. Така казва ГОСПОД: Няма ли синове Израил? Няма ли наследник? Защо царят им завладя Гад и народът му живее в неговите градове?

Concerning the Ammonites, thus saith the LORD; Hath Israel no sons? hath he no heir? why then doth their king inherit Gad, and his people dwell in his cities?

Затова, ето, идват дни, казва ГОСПОД, когато ще направя да се чуе в Рава на синовете на Амон боен вик; и тя ще стане на грамада от развалини и дъщерните й градове ще бъдат изгорени с огън. Тогава Израил ще завладее онЕзи, които са владели него, заявява ГОСПОД.

Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will cause an alarm of war to be heard in Rabbah of the Ammonites; and it shall be a desolate heap, and her daughters shall be burned with fire: then shall Israel be heir unto them that were his heirs, saith the LORD.

Заридай, Есевон, защото Гай е опустошен! Извикайте, дъщери на Рава, препашете се с вретище, плачете и се лутайте между оградите, защото царят им ще отиде в плен и свещениците му и първенците му заедно с него.

Howl, O Heshbon, for Ai is spoiled: cry, ye daughters of Rabbah, gird you with sackcloth; lament, and run to and fro by the hedges; for their king shall go into captivity, and his priests and his princes together.

Защо се хвалиш с долините? Водата на долината ти изтече, дъще отстъпнице, която се уповаваш на съкровищата си и казваш: Кой ще дойде против мен?

Wherefore gloriest thou in the valleys, thy flowing valley, O backsliding daughter? that trusted in her treasures, saying, Who shall come unto me?

Ето, Аз докарвам върху теб страх, заявява Господ, БОГ на Войнствата, от всички, които са около теб. И ще бъдете изгонени, всеки накъдето му видят очите, и няма кой да прибере скитащите се.

Behold, I will bring a fear upon thee, saith the Lord GOD of hosts, from all those that be about thee; and ye shall be driven out every man right forth; and none shall gather up him that wandereth.

Но после ще върна синовете на Амон от плен, заявява ГОСПОД.

And afterward I will bring again the captivity of the children of Ammon, saith the LORD.

За Едом. Така казва ГОСПОД на Войнствата: Няма ли вече мъдрост в Теман? Изгуби ли се съветът на благоразумните? Изчезна ли мъдростта им?

Concerning Edom, thus saith the LORD of hosts; Is wisdom no more in Teman? is counsel perished from the prudent? is their wisdom vanished?

Бягайте, обърнете се, скрийте се надълбоко да живеете, жители на Дедан, защото докарах върху Исав съсипията му — времето, когато ще го накажа.

Flee ye, turn back, dwell deep, O inhabitants of Dedan; for I will bring the calamity of Esau upon him, the time that I will visit him.

Ако дойдат при теб гроздоберачи, няма да оставят пабирък. Ако дойдат крадци през нощта, ще опустошават до насита.

If grapegatherers come to thee, would they not leave some gleaning grapes? if thieves by night, they will destroy till they have enough.

Защото Аз оголих Исав, открих скривалищата му и той няма да може да се скрие. Изтребени са потомството му и братята му, и съседите му; и него го няма.

But I have made Esau bare, I have uncovered his secret places, and he shall not be able to hide himself: his seed is spoiled, and his brethren, and his neighbours, and he is not.

Остави сирачетата си, Аз ще ги запазя живи; и вдовиците ти нека на Мен се уповават.

Leave thy fatherless children, I will preserve them alive; and let thy widows trust in me.

Защото така казва ГОСПОД: Ето, онези, чиято присъда не беше да пият от чашата, непременно ще пият, а ти ли ще останеш ненаказан? Няма да останеш ненаказан, а непременно ще пиеш!

For thus saith the LORD; Behold, they whose judgment was not to drink of the cup have assuredly drunken; and art thou he that shall altogether go unpunished? thou shalt not go unpunished, but thou shalt surely drink of it.

Защото се заклех в Себе Си, заявява ГОСПОД, че Восора ще стане за смайване и за присмех, на пустош и за проклятие, и всичките й градове ще станат на вечна пустош.

For I have sworn by myself, saith the LORD, that Bozrah shall become a desolation, a reproach, a waste, and a curse; and all the cities thereof shall be perpetual wastes.

Чух известие от ГОСПОДА и пратеник се изпрати сред народите да каже: Съберете се и елате против нея, и станете на бой!

I have heard a rumour from the LORD, and an ambassador is sent unto the heathen, saying, Gather ye together, and come against her, and rise up to the battle.

Защото, ето, направих те малък между народите, презрян между хората.

For, lo, I will make thee small among the heathen, and despised among men.

Измами те твоята страховитост, гордостта на сърцето ти; ти, който живееш в пукнатините на скалите, държиш върха на хълма. Но дори да поставиш гнездото си нависоко като орел, и оттам ще те сваля, заявява ГОСПОД.

Thy terribleness hath deceived thee, and the pride of thine heart, O thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, that holdest the height of the hill: though thou shouldest make thy nest as high as the eagle, I will bring thee down from thence, saith the LORD.

Едом ще стане за смайване; всеки преминаващ покрай него ще се смае и ще подсвирне за всичките му язви.

Also Edom shall be a desolation: every one that goeth by it shall be astonished, and shall hiss at all the plagues thereof.

Както при разорението на Содом и Гомора, и съседите им, казва ГОСПОД, никой няма да живее там, и човек няма да пребивава в него.

As in the overthrow of Sodom and Gomorrah and the neighbour cities thereof, saith the LORD, no man shall abide there, neither shall a son of man dwell in it.

Ето, като лъв от разкоша на Йордан ще се изкачи против богатото заселище; но Аз внезапно ще го изгоня от него и ще поставя над него, който е избран. Защото кой е като Мен и кой ще Ме призове на съд, и кой е овчарят, който ще устои против Мен?

Behold, he shall come up like a lion from the swelling of Jordan against the habitation of the strong: but I will suddenly make him run away from her: and who is a chosen man, that I may appoint over her? for who is like me? and who will appoint me the time? and who is that shepherd that will stand before me?

Затова слушайте решението, което ГОСПОД взе против Едом, и мислите, които намисли против жителите на Теман: Непременно ще бъдат отвлечени, и най-малките от стадото; непременно заселището им ще запустее от тях.

Therefore hear the counsel of the LORD, that he hath taken against Edom; and his purposes, that he hath purposed against the inhabitants of Teman: Surely the least of the flock shall draw them out: surely he shall make their habitations desolate with them.

От слуха за падането им земята се тресе. Вик — гласът му се чува до Червеното море.

The earth is moved at the noise of their fall, at the cry the noise thereof was heard in the Red sea.

Ето, като орел ще се издигне и ще лети, ще разпростре крилете си над Восора. И сърцата на силните мъже на Едом ще бъдат в онзи ден като сърцето на жена в родилни болки.

Behold, he shall come up and fly as the eagle, and spread his wings over Bozrah: and at that day shall the heart of the mighty men of Edom be as the heart of a woman in her pangs.

За Дамаск. Емат и Арфад се посрамиха, защото чуха лоша вест; стопиха се. Смущение има в морето, не може са утихне.

Concerning Damascus. Hamath is confounded, and Arpad: for they have heard evil tidings: they are fainthearted; there is sorrow on the sea; it cannot be quiet.

Дамаск отслабна, обърна се в бяг, ужас го обхвана, скръб и болки го обзеха като на раждаща жена.

Damascus is waxed feeble, and turneth herself to flee, and fear hath seized on her: anguish and sorrows have taken her, as a woman in travail.

Как не беше оставен този славен град, градът на радостта ми!

How is the city of praise not left, the city of my joy!

Затова младежите му ще паднат по площадите му и всичките воини ще загинат в онзи ден, заявява ГОСПОД на Войнствата.

Therefore her young men shall fall in her streets, and all the men of war shall be cut off in that day, saith the LORD of hosts.

И Аз ще запаля огън в стените на Дамаск и той ще пояде дворците на Венадад.

And I will kindle a fire in the wall of Damascus, and it shall consume the palaces of Ben–hadad.

За Кидар и за асорските царства, които вавилонският цар Навуходоносор разби. Така казва ГОСПОД: Станете, изкачете се към Кидар и погубете източните жители!

Concerning Kedar, and concerning the kingdoms of Hazor, which Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon shall smite, thus saith the LORD; Arise ye, go up to Kedar, and spoil the men of the east.

Ще вземат шатрите им и стадата им; завесите им, съдовете им и камилите им ще отнесат за себе си, и ще викат към тях: Ужас отвред!

Their tents and their flocks shall they take away: they shall take to themselves their curtains, and all their vessels, and their camels; and they shall cry unto them, Fear is on every side.

Бягайте, махнете се далеч, скрийте се надълбоко да живеете, жители на Асор, заявява ГОСПОД, защото вавилонският цар Навуходоносор взе решение против вас и замисли замисъл против вас.

Flee, get you far off, dwell deep, O ye inhabitants of Hazor, saith the LORD; for Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon hath taken counsel against you, and hath conceived a purpose against you.

Станете, изкачете се против безгрижния народ, който живее в безопасност, заявява ГОСПОД, няма порти и няма резета, сам живее.

Arise, get you up unto the wealthy nation, that dwelleth without care, saith the LORD, which have neither gates nor bars, which dwell alone.

И камилите им ще бъдат за грабеж и многото им добитък — за плячка. И ще разпръсна по всичките ветрища онези, които си стрижат краищата на косата, и ще докарам гибелта им от всичките им страни, заявява ГОСПОД.

And their camels shall be a booty, and the multitude of their cattle a spoil: and I will scatter into all winds them that are in the utmost corners; and I will bring their calamity from all sides thereof, saith the LORD.

И Асор ще стане жилище на чакали, вечна пустош. Никой няма да живее там и човек няма да пребивава в него.

And Hazor shall be a dwelling for dragons, and a desolation for ever: there shall no man abide there, nor any son of man dwell in it.

Словото на ГОСПОДА, което беше към пророк Еремия за Елам в началото на царуването на юдовия цар Седекия, и каза:

The word of the LORD that came to Jeremiah the prophet against Elam in the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah, saying,

Така казва ГОСПОД на Войнствата: Ето, Аз ще строша лъка на Елам, представителната им сила.

Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will break the bow of Elam, the chief of their might.

Ще докарам върху Елам четирите ветрища от четирите края на небето и ще ги разпръсна по всички тези ветрища. И няма да има народ, където да не отидат прогонените на Елам.

And upon Elam will I bring the four winds from the four quarters of heaven, and will scatter them toward all those winds; and there shall be no nation whither the outcasts of Elam shall not come.

И Аз ще разтреперя Елам пред враговете им и пред онези, които искат живота им, и ще докарам върху тях зло — пламтящия Си гняв, заявява ГОСПОД. Ще изпратя меч след тях, докато ги довърша.

For I will cause Elam to be dismayed before their enemies, and before them that seek their life: and I will bring evil upon them, even my fierce anger, saith the LORD; and I will send the sword after them, till I have consumed them:

И ще поставя престола Си в Елам и ще погубя оттам цар и първенци, заявява ГОСПОД.

And I will set my throne in Elam, and will destroy from thence the king and the princes, saith the LORD.

Но в последните дни ще върна Елам от плен, заявява ГОСПОД.

But it shall come to pass in the latter days, that I will bring again the captivity of Elam, saith the LORD.
