II Chronicles 30

И Езекия разпрати по целия Израил и Юда и писа и писма на Ефрем и Манасия да дойдат в ГОСПОДНИЯ дом в Ерусалим, за да направят пасха на ГОСПОДА, израилевия Бог.

And Hezekiah sent to all Israel and Judah, and wrote letters also to Ephraim and Manasseh, that they should come to the house of the LORD at Jerusalem, to keep the passover unto the LORD God of Israel.

А царят и началниците му и цялото общество в Ерусалим бяха решили да направят пасхата във втория месец,

For the king had taken counsel, and his princes, and all the congregation in Jerusalem, to keep the passover in the second month.

понеже не можаха да я направят в онова време, защото нямаше достатъчно осветени свещеници и народът не се беше събрал в Ерусалим.

For they could not keep it at that time, because the priests had not sanctified themselves sufficiently, neither had the people gathered themselves together to Jerusalem.

И това нещо се видя право на царя и на цялото събрание.

And the thing pleased the king and all the congregation.

Затова решиха да оповестят по целия Израил, от Вирсавее до Дан, да дойдат, за да направят пасха на ГОСПОДА, Израилевия Бог, в Ерусалим, защото отдавна не я бяха празнували според предписанието.

So they established a decree to make proclamation throughout all Israel, from Beer–sheba even to Dan, that they should come to keep the passover unto the LORD God of Israel at Jerusalem: for they had not done it of a long time in such sort as it was written.

И бързоходците отидоха с писмата от царя и началниците му по целия Израил и Юда според заповедта на царя и казаха: Синове на Израил, обърнете се към ГОСПОДА, Бога на Авраам, Исаак и Израил, и Той ще се обърне към останалите от вас, които се избавихте от ръката на асирийските царе.

So the posts went with the letters from the king and his princes throughout all Israel and Judah, and according to the commandment of the king, saying, Ye children of Israel, turn again unto the LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, and he will return to the remnant of you, that are escaped out of the hand of the kings of Assyria.

Не бъдете като бащите си и като братята си, които престъпваха против ГОСПОДА, Бога на бащите си, и Той ги предаде на опустошение, както виждате днес.

And be not ye like your fathers, and like your brethren, which trespassed against the LORD God of their fathers, who therefore gave them up to desolation, as ye see.

Сега не закоравявайте врата си, като бащите си, а подайте ръка на ГОСПОДА и елате в светилището Му, което е осветил до века, и служете на ГОСПОДА, своя Бог, за да се отвърне от вас яростният Му гняв.

Now be ye not stiffnecked, as your fathers were, but yield yourselves unto the LORD, and enter into his sanctuary, which he hath sanctified for ever: and serve the LORD your God, that the fierceness of his wrath may turn away from you.

Защото, ако се обърнете към ГОСПОДА, братята ви и децата ви ще намерят състрадание пред тези, които са ги пленили, и ще се върнат в тази земя. Защото ГОСПОД, вашият Бог, е милостив и състрадателен и няма да отвърне лицето Си от вас, ако вие се обърнете към Него.

For if ye turn again unto the LORD, your brethren and your children shall find compassion before them that lead them captive, so that they shall come again into this land: for the LORD your God is gracious and merciful, and will not turn away his face from you, if ye return unto him.

И бързоходците преминаха от град в град през земята на Ефрем и Манасия, и до Завулон, но им се присмяха и се подиграха с тях.

So the posts passed from city to city through the country of Ephraim and Manasseh even unto Zebulun: but they laughed them to scorn, and mocked them.

Но някои от Асир и Манасия, и Завулон се смириха и дойдоха в Ерусалим.

Nevertheless divers of Asher and Manasseh and of Zebulun humbled themselves, and came to Jerusalem.

И Божията ръка беше и над Юда, за да им даде единодушно сърце да изпълнят заповедта на царя и началниците съгласно ГОСПОДНОТО слово.

Also in Judah the hand of God was to give them one heart to do the commandment of the king and of the princes, by the word of the LORD.

И в Ерусалим се събра много народ, за да направят празника на безквасните хлябове във втория месец, много голямо събрание.

And there assembled at Jerusalem much people to keep the feast of unleavened bread in the second month, a very great congregation.

И станаха и махнаха жертвениците, които бяха в Ерусалим, махнаха и всичките кадилни олтари и ги хвърлиха в потока Кедрон.

And they arose and took away the altars that were in Jerusalem, and all the altars for incense took they away, and cast them into the brook Kidron.

И заклаха пасхата на четиринадесетия ден от втория месец. И свещениците и левитите се засрамиха и се осветиха, и внесоха всеизгаряния в ГОСПОДНИЯ дом.

Then they killed the passover on the fourteenth day of the second month: and the priests and the Levites were ashamed, and sanctified themselves, and brought in the burnt offerings into the house of the LORD.

И застанаха на мястото си, според чина си, съгласно закона на Божия човек Мойсей; и свещениците ръсеха кръвта, която вземаха от ръката на левитите.

And they stood in their place after their manner, according to the law of Moses the man of God: the priests sprinkled the blood, which they received of the hand of the Levites.

Защото в събранието имаше мнозина, които не се бяха осветили, затова левитите се грижеха да заколят пасхата за всеки, който не беше чист, за да я осветят на ГОСПОДА.

For there were many in the congregation that were not sanctified: therefore the Levites had the charge of the killing of the passovers for every one that was not clean, to sanctify them unto the LORD.

Понеже голяма част от народа, мнозина от Ефрем и Манасия, Исахар и Завулон, не се бяха очистили и ядоха пасхата не според предписанието. Но Езекия се помоли за тях и каза: ГОСПОД, Благият, да прости на всекиго,

For a multitude of the people, even many of Ephraim, and Manasseh, Issachar, and Zebulun, had not cleansed themselves, yet did they eat the passover otherwise than it was written. But Hezekiah prayed for them, saying, The good LORD pardon every one

който е насочил сърцето си да търси Бога, ГОСПОДА, Бога на бащите си, дори и да не е според чистотата на светилището!

That prepareth his heart to seek God, the LORD God of his fathers, though he be not cleansed according to the purification of the sanctuary.

И ГОСПОД послуша Езекия и прости на народа.

And the LORD hearkened to Hezekiah, and healed the people.

И израилевите синове, които се намираха в Ерусалим, направиха празника на безквасните хлябове седем дни с голямо веселие. И левитите и свещениците славеха ГОСПОДА всеки ден, с музикални инструменти, с които свиреха на ГОСПОДА.

And the children of Israel that were present at Jerusalem kept the feast of unleavened bread seven days with great gladness: and the Levites and the priests praised the LORD day by day, singing with loud instruments unto the LORD.

И Езекия говори на сърцето на всичките левити, които имаха добро знание за ГОСПОДА. И през седемте дни на празника те ядяха, като жертваха примирителни жертви и прославяха ГОСПОДА, Бога на бащите си.

And Hezekiah spake comfortably unto all the Levites that taught the good knowledge of the LORD: and they did eat throughout the feast seven days, offering peace offerings, and making confession to the LORD God of their fathers.

И цялото събрание реши да празнува още седем дни; и празнуваха още седем дни с веселие.

And the whole assembly took counsel to keep other seven days: and they kept other seven days with gladness.

Защото юдовият цар Езекия подари на събранието за жертви хиляда юнеца и седем хиляди глави дребен добитък и началниците подариха на събранието хиляда юнеца и десет хиляди глави дребен добитък. И много свещеници се осветиха.

For Hezekiah king of Judah did give to the congregation a thousand bullocks and seven thousand sheep; and the princes gave to the congregation a thousand bullocks and ten thousand sheep: and a great number of priests sanctified themselves.

Така се развесели цялото събрание на Юда и свещениците, и левитите, и цялото събрание на дошлите от Израил, и чужденците, които бяха дошли от израилевата земя и които живееха в Юда.

And all the congregation of Judah, with the priests and the Levites, and all the congregation that came out of Israel, and the strangers that came out of the land of Israel, and that dwelt in Judah, rejoiced.

И настана голямо веселие в Ерусалим, защото от времето на израилевия цар Соломон, сина на Давид, не беше ставало такова нещо в Ерусалим.

So there was great joy in Jerusalem: for since the time of Solomon the son of David king of Israel there was not the like in Jerusalem.

И свещениците, левитите, станаха и благословиха народа. И гласът им беше чут и молитвата им дойде в святото Му обиталище, в небето.

Then the priests the Levites arose and blessed the people: and their voice was heard, and their prayer came up to his holy dwelling place, even unto heaven.
