Isaiah 12

På den tiden skall du säga:  »Jag tackar dig, HERRE,      ty väl var du vred på mig,  men din vrede har upphört,      och du tröstar mig.

And in that day thou shalt say, O LORD, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me.

 Se, Gud är min frälsning,      jag är trygg och fruktar icke;  ty HERREN, HERREN      är min starkhet och min lovsång,  och han blev mig till frälsning.»

Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.

 Och I skolen ösa vatten med fröjd      ur frälsningens källor

Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

 och skolen säga på den tiden:  »Tacken HERREN,      åkallen hans namn,  gören hans gärningar kunniga bland folken;      förtäljen att hans namn är högt.

And in that day shall ye say, Praise the LORD, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted.

 Lovsjungen HERREN,      ty han har gjort härliga ting;  detta vare kunnigt      över hela jorden.

Sing unto the LORD; for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth.

 Ropen av fröjd och jublen,      I Sions invånare,  ty Israels Helige      är stor bland eder.

Cry out and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion: for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.
