Isaiah 4

And in that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying, We will eat our own bread, and wear our own apparel: only let us be called by thy name, to take away our reproach.

تب سات عورتیں ایک ہی مرد سے لپٹ کر کہیں گی، ”ہم سے شادی کریں! بےشک ہم خود ہی روزمرہ کی ضروریات پوری کریں گی، خواہ کھانا ہو یا کپڑا۔ لیکن ہم آپ کے نام سے کہلائیں تاکہ ہماری شرمندگی دُور ہو جائے۔“

In that day shall the branch of the LORD be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the earth shall be excellent and comely for them that are escaped of Israel.

اُس دن جو کچھ رب پھوٹنے دے گا وہ شاندار اور جلالی ہو گا، ملک کی پیداوار بچے ہوئے اسرائیلیوں کے لئے فخر اور آب و تاب کا باعث ہو گی۔

And it shall come to pass, that he that is left in Zion, and he that remaineth in Jerusalem, shall be called holy, even every one that is written among the living in Jerusalem:

تب جو بھی صیون میں باقی رہ گئے ہوں گے وہ مُقدّس کہلائیں گے۔ یروشلم کے جن باشندوں کے نام زندوں کی فہرست میں درج کئے گئے ہیں وہ بچ کر مُقدّس کہلائیں گے۔

When the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem from the midst thereof by the spirit of judgment, and by the spirit of burning.

رب صیون کی فضلہ سے لت پت بیٹیوں کو دھو کر پاک صاف کرے گا، وہ عدالت اور تباہی کی روح سے یروشلم کی خوں ریزی کے دھبے دُور کر دے گا۔

And the LORD will create upon every dwelling place of mount Zion, and upon her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire by night: for upon all the glory shall be a defence.

پھر رب ہونے دے گا کہ دن کو بادل صیون کے پورے پہاڑ اور اُس پر جمع ہونے والوں پر سایہ ڈالے جبکہ رات کو دھواں اور دہکتی آگ کی چمک دمک اُس پر چھائی رہے۔ یوں اُس پورے شاندار علاقے پر سائبان ہو گا

And there shall be a tabernacle for a shadow in the daytime from the heat, and for a place of refuge, and for a covert from storm and from rain.

جو اُسے جُھلستی دھوپ سے محفوظ رکھے گا اور طوفان اور بارش سے پناہ دے گا۔
