Isaiah 12

Silloin pitää sinun sanoman: minä kiitän sinua, Herra, ettäs vihainen olet ollut minun päälleni; mutta sinun vihas on palannut, ja sinä lohdutat minua.

And in that day thou shalt say, O LORD, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me.

Katso, Jumala on minun autuuteni, minä olen turvassa ja en mitään pelkää; sillä Herra, Herra on minun väkevyyteni, ja minun virteni, ja hän on minun autuuteni.

Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.

Teidän pitää ammuntaman vettä ilolla autuuden lähteistä.

Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

Ja silloin te sanotte: kiittäkäät Herraa, ja saarnatkaat hänen nimeänsä, julistakaat kansoissa hänen tekojansa, muistakaat kuinka korkia hänen nimensä on.

And in that day shall ye say, Praise the LORD, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted.

Veisatkaat kiitosta Herralle, sillä hän on voimallisesti itsensä asettanut; se olkoon tiettävä kaikessa maassa.

Sing unto the LORD; for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth.

Korota äänes ja veisaa, sinä Zionin asuvainen, sillä Israelin pyhä on suuri sinun keskelläs.

Cry out and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion: for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.
