II Chronicles 36

И народът на страната взе Йоахаз, сина на Йосия, и го направи цар в Ерусалим вместо баща му.

Then the people of the land took Jehoahaz the son of Josiah, and made him king in his father's stead in Jerusalem.

Йоахаз беше на двадесет и три години, когато се възцари, и царува три месеца в Ерусалим.

Jehoahaz was twenty and three years old when he began to reign, and he reigned three months in Jerusalem.

И египетският цар го свали от престола в Ерусалим и наложи на земята глоба от сто таланта сребро и един талант злато.

And the king of Egypt put him down at Jerusalem, and condemned the land in an hundred talents of silver and a talent of gold.

И египетският цар постави брат му Елиаким за цар над Юда и Ерусалим и промени името му на Йоаким. А брат му Йоахаз Нехао хвана и го заведе в Египет.

And the king of Egypt made Eliakim his brother king over Judah and Jerusalem, and turned his name to Jehoiakim. And Necho took Jehoahaz his brother, and carried him to Egypt.

Йоаким беше на двадесет и пет години, когато се възцари, и царува единадесет години в Ерусалим. Той върши зло пред ГОСПОДА, своя Бог.

Jehoiakim was twenty and five years old when he began to reign, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem: and he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD his God.

И вавилонският цар Навуходоносор се изкачи против него и го върза с бронзови окови, за да го отведе във Вавилон.

Against him came up Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and bound him in fetters, to carry him to Babylon.

Навуходоносор отнесе във Вавилон и от вещите на ГОСПОДНИЯ дом и ги сложи в храма си във Вавилон.

Nebuchadnezzar also carried of the vessels of the house of the LORD to Babylon, and put them in his temple at Babylon.

А останалите дела на Йоаким и гнусотиите, които извърши, и това, което се намери в него, ето, записани са в Книгата на израилевите и юдовите царе. А вместо него се възцари синът му Йоахин.

Now the rest of the acts of Jehoiakim, and his abominations which he did, and that which was found in him, behold, they are written in the book of the kings of Israel and Judah: and Jehoiachin his son reigned in his stead.

Йоахин беше на осемнадесет години, когато се възцари, и царува три месеца и десет дни в Ерусалим. Той върши зло пред ГОСПОДА.

Jehoiachin was eight years old when he began to reign, and he reigned three months and ten days in Jerusalem: and he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD.

И следващата пролет цар Навуходоносор изпрати да го доведат във Вавилон заедно с избраните вещи на ГОСПОДНИЯ дом. И направи Седекия, брата на баща му, цар над Юда и Ерусалим.

And when the year was expired, king Nebuchadnezzar sent, and brought him to Babylon, with the goodly vessels of the house of the LORD, and made Zedekiah his brother king over Judah and Jerusalem.

Седекия беше на двадесет и една години, когато се възцари, и царува единадесет години в Ерусалим.

Zedekiah was one and twenty years old when he began to reign, and reigned eleven years in Jerusalem.

Той върши зло пред ГОСПОДА, своя Бог; не се смири пред пророк Еремия, който му говореше от устата на ГОСПОДА.

And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD his God, and humbled not himself before Jeremiah the prophet speaking from the mouth of the LORD.

И освен това той въстана против цар Навуходоносор, който го беше заклел в Бога. И закорави врата си и упорстваше в сърцето си да не се обърне към ГОСПОДА, Израилевия Бог.

And he also rebelled against king Nebuchadnezzar, who had made him swear by God: but he stiffened his neck, and hardened his heart from turning unto the LORD God of Israel.

А и всичките началници на свещениците и народът преумножиха престъпленията си според всичките гнусотии на народите и оскверниха дома на ГОСПОДА, който Той беше осветил в Ерусалим.

Moreover all the chief of the priests, and the people, transgressed very much after all the abominations of the heathen; and polluted the house of the LORD which he had hallowed in Jerusalem.

И ГОСПОД, Бог на бащите им, изпращаше до тях чрез Своите пратеници, като ставаше рано и ги изпращаше, защото Му беше жал за народа Му и обиталището Му.

And the LORD God of their fathers sent to them by his messengers, rising up betimes, and sending; because he had compassion on his people, and on his dwelling place:

Но те се присмиваха на Божиите пратеници и презираха словата Му, и се подиграваха с пророците Му, докато яростта на ГОСПОДА се надигна против народа Му така, че нямаше вече изцеление.

But they mocked the messengers of God, and despised his words, and misused his prophets, until the wrath of the LORD arose against his people, till there was no remedy.

И Той доведе срещу тях халдейския цар, който изби младежите им с меч в дома на светилището им; не пожали нито юноша, нито девица, нито старец, нито белокос — всички предаде в ръката му.

Therefore he brought upon them the king of the Chaldees, who slew their young men with the sword in the house of their sanctuary, and had no compassion upon young man or maiden, old man, or him that stooped for age: he gave them all into his hand.

И всичките вещи на Божия дом, големи и малки, и съкровищата на ГОСПОДНИЯ дом, и съкровищата на царя и на началниците му, всичките отнесе във Вавилон.

And all the vessels of the house of God, great and small, and the treasures of the house of the LORD, and the treasures of the king, and of his princes; all these he brought to Babylon.

И изгориха Божия дом и събориха стената на Ерусалим, и изгориха с огън всичките му дворци, и унищожиха всичките му скъпоценни вещи.

And they burnt the house of God, and brake down the wall of Jerusalem, and burnt all the palaces thereof with fire, and destroyed all the goodly vessels thereof.

А оцелелите от меча отведе във Вавилон и те станаха роби на него и на синовете му, докато дойде на власт персийското царство,

And them that had escaped from the sword carried he away to Babylon; where they were servants to him and his sons until the reign of the kingdom of Persia:

за да се изпълни ГОСПОДНОТО слово чрез устата на Еремия, докато земята се наслади на съботите си. Защото през цялото време на запустението си тя пазеше събота, докато се изпълниха седемдесет години.

To fulfil the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah, until the land had enjoyed her sabbaths: for as long as she lay desolate she kept sabbath, to fulfil threescore and ten years.

А в първата година на персийския цар Кир, за да се изпълни ГОСПОДНОТО слово чрез устата на Еремия, ГОСПОД подбуди духа на персийския цар Кир и той прогласи по цялото си царство, също и писмено, и каза:

Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD spoken by the mouth of Jeremiah might be accomplished, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying,

Така казва персийският цар Кир: ГОСПОД, небесният Бог, ми е дал всичките царства на земята. И Той ми поръча да Му построя дом в Ерусалим, който е в Юда. Който измежду вас е от целия Негов народ, ГОСПОД, неговият Бог, да бъде с него, и нека се изкачи!

Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, All the kingdoms of the earth hath the LORD God of heaven given me; and he hath charged me to build him an house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Who is there among you of all his people? The LORD his God be with him, and let him go up.
