Ezekiel 45

Moreover, when ye shall divide by lot the land for inheritance, ye shall offer an oblation unto the LORD, an holy portion of the land: the length shall be the length of five and twenty thousand reeds, and the breadth shall be ten thousand. This shall be holy in all the borders thereof round about.

جب تم ملک کو قرعہ ڈال کر قبیلوں میں تقسیم کرو گے تو ایک حصے کو رب کے لئے مخصوص کرنا ہے۔ اُس زمین کی لمبائی ساڑھے 12 کلو میٹر اور چوڑائی 10 کلو میٹر ہو گی۔ پوری زمین مُقدّس ہو گی۔

Of this there shall be for the sanctuary five hundred in length, with five hundred in breadth, square round about; and fifty cubits round about for the suburbs thereof.

اِس خطے میں ایک پلاٹ رب کے گھر کے لئے مخصوص ہو گا۔ اُس کی لمبائی بھی 875 فٹ ہو گی اور اُس کی چوڑائی بھی۔ اُس کے ارد گرد کھلی جگہ ہو گی جس کی چوڑائی ساڑھے 87 فٹ ہو گی۔

And of this measure shalt thou measure the length of five and twenty thousand, and the breadth of ten thousand: and in it shall be the sanctuary and the most holy place.

خطے کا آدھا حصہ الگ کیا جائے۔ اُس کی لمبائی ساڑھے 12 کلو میٹر اور چوڑائی 5 کلو میٹر ہو گی، اور اُس میں مقدِس یعنی مُقدّس ترین جگہ ہو گی۔

The holy portion of the land shall be for the priests the ministers of the sanctuary, which shall come near to minister unto the LORD: and it shall be a place for their houses, and an holy place for the sanctuary.

یہ خطہ ملک کا مُقدّس علاقہ ہو گا۔ وہ اُن اماموں کے لئے مخصوص ہو گا جو مقدِس میں اُس کی خدمت کرتے ہیں۔ اُس میں اُن کے گھر اور مقدِس کا مخصوص پلاٹ ہو گا۔

And the five and twenty thousand of length, and the ten thousand of breadth, shall also the Levites, the ministers of the house, have for themselves, for a possession for twenty chambers.

خطے کا دوسرا حصہ اُن باقی لاویوں کو دیا جائے گا جو رب کے گھر میں خدمت کریں گے۔ یہ اُن کی ملکیت ہو گی، اور اُس میں وہ اپنی آبادیاں بنا سکیں گے۔ اُس کی لمبائی اور چوڑائی پہلے حصے کے برابر ہو گی۔

And ye shall appoint the possession of the city five thousand broad, and five and twenty thousand long, over against the oblation of the holy portion: it shall be for the whole house of Israel.

مُقدّس خطے سے ملحق ایک اَور خطہ ہو گا جس کی لمبائی ساڑھے 12 کلو میٹر اور چوڑائی ڈھائی کلو میٹر ہو گی۔ یہ ایک ایسے شہر کے لئے مخصوص ہو گا جس میں کوئی بھی اسرائیلی رہ سکے گا۔

And a portion shall be for the prince on the one side and on the other side of the oblation of the holy portion, and of the possession of the city, before the oblation of the holy portion, and before the possession of the city, from the west side westward, and from the east side eastward: and the length shall be over against one of the portions, from the west border unto the east border.

حکمران کے لئے بھی زمین الگ کرنی ہے۔ یہ زمین مُقدّس خطے کی مشرقی حد سے لے کر ملک کی مشرقی سرحد تک اور مُقدّس خطے کی مغربی حد سے لے کر سمندر تک ہو گی۔ چنانچہ مشرق سے مغرب تک مُقدّس خطے اور حکمران کے علاقے کا مل ملا کر فاصلہ اُتنا ہے جتنا قبائلی علاقوں کا ہے۔

In the land shall be his possession in Israel: and my princes shall no more oppress my people; and the rest of the land shall they give to the house of Israel according to their tribes.

یہ علاقہ ملکِ اسرائیل میں حکمران کا حصہ ہو گا۔ پھر وہ آئندہ میری قوم پر ظلم نہیں کرے گا بلکہ ملک کے باقی حصے کو اسرائیل کے قبیلوں پر چھوڑے گا۔

Thus saith the Lord GOD; Let it suffice you, O princes of Israel: remove violence and spoil, and execute judgment and justice, take away your exactions from my people, saith the Lord GOD.

رب قادرِ مطلق فرماتا ہے کہ اے اسرائیلی حکمرانو، اب بس کرو! اپنی غلط حرکتوں سے باز آؤ۔ اپنا ظلم و تشدد چھوڑ کر انصاف اور راست بازی قائم کرو۔ میری قوم کو اُس کی موروثی زمین سے بھگانے سے باز آؤ۔ یہ رب قادرِ مطلق کا فرمان ہے۔

Ye shall have just balances, and a just ephah, and a just bath.

صحیح ترازو استعمال کرو، تمہارے باٹ اور پیمائش کے آلات غلط نہ ہوں۔

The ephah and the bath shall be of one measure, that the bath may contain the tenth part of an homer, and the ephah the tenth part of an homer: the measure thereof shall be after the homer.

غلہ ناپنے کا برتن بنام ایفہ مائع ناپنے کے برتن بنام بَت جتنا بڑا ہو۔ دونوں کے لئے کسوٹی خومر ہے۔ ایک خومر 10 ایفہ اور 10 بَت کے برابر ہے۔

And the shekel shall be twenty gerahs: twenty shekels, five and twenty shekels, fifteen shekels, shall be your maneh.

تمہارے باٹ یوں ہوں کہ 20 جیرہ 1 مثقال کے برابر اور 60 مثقال 1 مانہ کے برابر ہوں۔

This is the oblation that ye shall offer; the sixth part of an ephah of an homer of wheat, and ye shall give the sixth part of an ephah of an homer of barley:

درجِ ذیل تمہارے باقاعدہ ہدیئے ہیں: اناج: تمہاری فصل کا 60واں حصہ، جَو: تمہاری فصل کا 60واں حصہ،

Concerning the ordinance of oil, the bath of oil, ye shall offer the tenth part of a bath out of the cor, which is an homer of ten baths; for ten baths are an homer:

زیتون کا تیل: تمہاری فصل کا 100واں حصہ (تیل کو بَت کے حساب سے ناپنا ہے۔ 10 بَت 1 خومر اور 1 کور کے برابر ہے۔)،

And one lamb out of the flock, out of two hundred, out of the fat pastures of Israel; for a meat offering, and for a burnt offering, and for peace offerings, to make reconciliation for them, saith the Lord GOD.

200 بھیڑبکریوں میں سے ایک۔ یہ چیزیں غلہ کی نذروں کے لئے، بھسم ہونے والی قربانیوں اور سلامتی کی قربانیوں کے لئے مقرر ہیں۔ اُن سے قوم کا کفارہ دیا جائے گا۔ یہ رب قادرِ مطلق کا فرمان ہے۔

All the people of the land shall give this oblation for the prince in Israel.

لازم ہے کہ تمام اسرائیلی یہ ہدیئے ملک کے حکمران کے حوالے کریں۔

And it shall be the prince's part to give burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and drink offerings, in the feasts, and in the new moons, and in the sabbaths, in all solemnities of the house of Israel: he shall prepare the sin offering, and the meat offering, and the burnt offering, and the peace offerings, to make reconciliation for the house of Israel.

حکمران کا فرض ہو گا کہ وہ نئے چاند کی عیدوں، سبت کے دنوں اور دیگر عیدوں پر تمام اسرائیلی قوم کے لئے قربانیاں مہیا کرے۔ اِن میں بھسم ہونے والی قربانیاں، گناہ اور سلامتی کی قربانیاں اور غلہ اور مَے کی نذریں شامل ہوں گی۔ یوں وہ اسرائیل کا کفارہ دے گا۔

Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the first month, in the first day of the month, thou shalt take a young bullock without blemish, and cleanse the sanctuary:

رب قادرِ مطلق فرماتا ہے کہ پہلے مہینے کے پہلے دن کو ایک بےعیب بَیل کو قربان کر کے مقدِس کو پاک صاف کر۔

And the priest shall take of the blood of the sin offering, and put it upon the posts of the house, and upon the four corners of the settle of the altar, and upon the posts of the gate of the inner court.

امام بَیل کا خون لے کر اُسے رب کے گھر کے دروازوں کے بازوؤں، قربان گاہ کے درمیانی حصے کے کونوں اور اندرونی صحن میں پہنچانے والے دروازوں کے بازوؤں پر لگا دے۔

And so thou shalt do the seventh day of the month for every one that erreth, and for him that is simple: so shall ye reconcile the house.

یہی عمل پہلے مہینے کے ساتویں دن بھی کر تاکہ اُن سب کا کفارہ دیا جائے جنہوں نے غیرارادی طور پر یا بےخبری سے گناہ کیا ہو۔ یوں تم رب کے گھر کا کفارہ دو گے۔

In the first month, in the fourteenth day of the month, ye shall have the passover, a feast of seven days; unleavened bread shall be eaten.

پہلے مہینے کے چودھویں دن فسح کی عید کا آغاز ہو۔ اُسے سات دن مناؤ، اور اُس کے دوران صرف بےخمیری روٹی کھاؤ۔

And upon that day shall the prince prepare for himself and for all the people of the land a bullock for a sin offering.

پہلے دن ملک کا حکمران اپنے اور تمام قوم کے لئے گناہ کی قربانی کے طور پر ایک بَیل پیش کرے۔

And seven days of the feast he shall prepare a burnt offering to the LORD, seven bullocks and seven rams without blemish daily the seven days; and a kid of the goats daily for a sin offering.

نیز، وہ عید کے سات دن کے دوران روزانہ سات بےعیب بَیل اور سات مینڈھے بھسم ہونے والی قربانی کے طور پر قربان کرے اور گناہ کی قربانی کے طور پر ایک ایک بکرا پیش کرے۔

And he shall prepare a meat offering of an ephah for a bullock, and an ephah for a ram, and an hin of oil for an ephah.

وہ ہر بَیل اور ہر مینڈھے کے ساتھ ساتھ غلہ کی نذر بھی پیش کرے۔ اِس کے لئے وہ فی جانور 16 کلو گرام میدہ اور 4 لٹر تیل مہیا کرے۔

In the seventh month, in the fifteenth day of the month, shall he do the like in the feast of the seven days, according to the sin offering, according to the burnt offering, and according to the meat offering, and according to the oil.

ساتویں مہینے کے پندرھویں دن جھونپڑیوں کی عید شروع ہوتی ہے۔ حکمران اِس عید پر بھی سات دن کے دوران وہی قربانیاں پیش کرے جو فسح کی عید کے لئے درکار ہیں یعنی گناہ کی قربانیاں، بھسم ہونے والی قربانیاں، غلہ کی نذریں اور تیل۔
