Micah 5

Συναθροισθητι τωρα εις ταγματα, θυγατηρ ταγματων εθεσε πολιορκιαν εναντιον ημων θελουσι παταξει τον κριτην του Ισραηλ εν �αβδω κατα της σιαγονος.

Now gather thyself in troops, O daughter of troops: he hath laid siege against us: they shall smite the judge of Israel with a rod upon the cheek.

Και συ, Βηθλεεμ Εφραθα, η μικρα ωστε να ησαι μεταξυ των χιλιαδων του Ιουδα, εκ σου θελει εξελθει εις εμε ανηρ δια να ηναι ηγουμενος εν τω Ισραηλ του οποιου αι εξοδοι ειναι απ αρχης, απο ημερων αιωνος.

But thou, Beth–lehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.

Δια τουτο θελει αφησει αυτους, εως του καιρου καθ ον η τικτουσα θελει γεννησει τοτε το υπολοιπον των αδελφων αυτου θελει επιστρεψει εις τους υιους Ισραηλ.

Therefore will he give them up, until the time that she which travaileth hath brought forth: then the remnant of his brethren shall return unto the children of Israel.

Και θελει σταθη και ποιμανει εν τη ισχυι του Κυριου, εν τη μεγαλειοτητι του ονοματος Κυριου του Θεου αυτου και θελουσι κατοικησει διοτι τωρα θελει μεγαλυνθη εως των ακρων της γης.

And he shall stand and feed in the strength of the LORD, in the majesty of the name of the LORD his God; and they shall abide: for now shall he be great unto the ends of the earth.

Και ουτος θελει εισθαι ειρηνη. Οταν ο Ασσυριος ελθη εις την γην ημων και οταν πατηση εις τα παλατια ημων, τοτε θελομεν επεγειρει κατ αυτου επτα ποιμενας και οκτω αρχοντας ανθρωπων

And this man shall be the peace, when the Assyrian shall come into our land: and when he shall tread in our palaces, then shall we raise against him seven shepherds, and eight principal men.

και θελουσι ποιμανει την γην της Ασσυριας εν �ομφαια και την γην του Νεβρωδ εν ταις εισοδοις αυτου και θελει ελευθερωσει ημας εκ του Ασσυριου, οταν ελθη εις την γην ημων και οταν πατηση εν τοις οριοις ημων.

And they shall waste the land of Assyria with the sword, and the land of Nimrod in the entrances thereof: thus shall he deliver us from the Assyrian, when he cometh into our land, and when he treadeth within our borders.

Και το υπολοιπον του Ιακωβ θελει εισθαι εν μεσω λαων πολλων ως δροσος απο Κυριου, ως �ανιδες επι χορτου, οστις δεν προσμενει παρα ανθρωπου ουδε ελπιζει επι υιους ανθρωπων.

And the remnant of Jacob shall be in the midst of many people as a dew from the LORD, as the showers upon the grass, that tarrieth not for man, nor waiteth for the sons of men.

Και το υπολοιπον του Ιακωβ θελει εισθαι μεταξυ εθνων, εν μεσω λαων πολλων, ως λεων μεταξυ κτηνων του δρυμου, ως σκυμνος μεταξυ ποιμνιων προβατων, οστις διαβαινων καταπατει και διασπαραττει και δεν υπαρχει ο ελευθερων.

And the remnant of Jacob shall be among the Gentiles in the midst of many people as a lion among the beasts of the forest, as a young lion among the flocks of sheep: who, if he go through, both treadeth down, and teareth in pieces, and none can deliver.

Η χειρ σου θελει υψωθη επι τους εναντιους σου, και παντες οι εχθροι σου θελουσιν εκκοπη.

Thine hand shall be lifted up upon thine adversaries, and all thine enemies shall be cut off.

Και εν τη ημερα εκεινη, λεγει Κυριος, θελω εξολοθρευσει τους ιππους σου εκ μεσου σου, και θελω απολεσει τας αμαξας σου.

And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD, that I will cut off thy horses out of the midst of thee, and I will destroy thy chariots:

Και θελω εξολοθρευσει τας πολεις της γης σου, και κατεδαφισει παντα τα οχυρωματα σου.

And I will cut off the cities of thy land, and throw down all thy strong holds:

Και θελω εξολοθρευσει τας μαγειας απο της χειρος σου, και δεν θελεις εχει πλεον μαντεις.

And I will cut off witchcrafts out of thine hand; and thou shalt have no more soothsayers:

Και θελω εξολοθρευσει τα γλυπτα σου και τα ειδωλα σου εκ μεσου σου, και δεν θελεις λατρευσει πλεον το εργον των χειρων σου.

Thy graven images also will I cut off, and thy standing images out of the midst of thee; and thou shalt no more worship the work of thine hands.

Και θελω ανασπασει τα αλση σου εκ μεσου σου, και θελω αφανισει τας πολεις σου.

And I will pluck up thy groves out of the midst of thee: so will I destroy thy cities.

Και θελω καμει εκδικησιν μετα θυμου και μετ οργης επι τα εθνη, τα οποια δεν μου εισηκουσαν.

And I will execute vengeance in anger and fury upon the heathen, such as they have not heard.
