Joshua 13

Ο δε Ιησους ητο γερων, προβεβηκως εις την ηλικιαν και ειπε προς αυτον ο Κυριος, Συ εισαι γερων, προβεβηκως εις την ηλικιαν, μενει δε ετι πολλη γη να κυριευθη.

Now Joshua was old and stricken in years; and the LORD said unto him, Thou art old and stricken in years, and there remaineth yet very much land to be possessed.

Αυτη ειναι η γη, η μενουσα ετι παντα τα ορια των Φιλισταιων και πασα η Γεσσουρι,

This is the land that yet remaineth: all the borders of the Philistines, and all Geshuri,

απο Σιωρ, του κατεναντι της Αιγυπτου, εως των οριων της Ακκαρων προς βορραν, τα οποια αριθμουνται εις τους Χαναναιους. αι πεντε ηγεμονιαι των Φιλισταιων, των Γαζαιων, των Αζωτιων, των Ασκαλωνιτων, των Γετθαιων και των Ακκαρωνιτων, και η των Αυιτων

From Sihor, which is before Egypt, even unto the borders of Ekron northward, which is counted to the Canaanite: five lords of the Philistines; the Gazathites, and the Ashdothites, the Eshkalonites, the Gittites, and the Ekronites; also the Avites:

απο μεσημβριας, πασα η γη των Χαναναιων, και η Μεαρα η των Σιδωνιων εως Αφεκ, εως των οριων των Αμορραιων

From the south, all the land of the Canaanites, and Mearah that is beside the Sidonians, unto Aphek, to the borders of the Amorites:

και η γη των Γιβλιτων και πας ο Λιβανος, προς ανατολας ηλιου, απο Βααλ−γαδ υπο το ορος Αερμων, εως της εισοδου Αιμαθ

And the land of the Giblites, and all Lebanon, toward the sunrising, from Baal–gad under mount Hermon unto the entering into Hamath.

παντες οι κατοικοι της ορεινης, απο του Λιβανου εως Μισρεφωθ−μαιμ, παντες οι Σιδωνιοι τουτους εγω θελω εξολοθρευσει απ εμπροσθεν των υιων Ισραηλ συ δε διαμοιρασον αυτην δια κληρων εις τους Ισραηλιτας, καθως προσεταξα εις σε

All the inhabitants of the hill country from Lebanon unto Misrephoth–maim, and all the Sidonians, them will I drive out from before the children of Israel: only divide thou it by lot unto the Israelites for an inheritance, as I have commanded thee.

τωρα λοιπον διαμοιρασον την γην ταυτην εις κληρονομιαν εις τας εννεα φυλας και εις το ημισυ της φυλης του Μανασση.

Now therefore divide this land for an inheritance unto the nine tribes, and the half tribe of Manasseh,

Οι Ρουβηνιται και οι Γαδιται, μετα του αλλου ημισεως αυτης, ελαβον την κληρονομιαν αυτων, την οποιαν εδωκεν εις αυτους ο Μωυσης, περαν του Ιορδανου προς ανατολας, καθως ο Μωυσης ο δουλος του Κυριου εδωκεν εις αυτους,

With whom the Reubenites and the Gadites have received their inheritance, which Moses gave them, beyond Jordan eastward, even as Moses the servant of the LORD gave them;

απο της Αροηρ, της παρα το χειλος του ποταμου Αρνων, και την πολιν την εν τω μεσω του ποταμου και πασαν την πεδινην Μεδεβα εως Δαιβων,

From Aroer, that is upon the bank of the river Arnon, and the city that is in the midst of the river, and all the plain of Medeba unto Dibon;

και πασας τας πολεις του Σηων βασιλεως των Αμορραιων, του βασιλευοντος εν Εσεβων, εως των οριων των υιων Αμμων,

And all the cities of Sihon king of the Amorites, which reigned in Heshbon, unto the border of the children of Ammon;

και την Γαλααδ, και τα ορια των Γεσσουριτων και των Μααχαθιτων, και παν το ορος Αερμων, και πασαν την Βασαν εως Σαλχα,

And Gilead, and the border of the Geshurites and Maachathites, and all mount Hermon, and all Bashan unto Salcah;

απαν το βσσιλειον του Ωγ εν Βασαν, του βασιλευοντος εν Ασταρωθ και εν Εδρει, οστις εναπελειφθη απο των υπολοιπων των γιγαντων διοτι τουτους ο Μωυσης επαταξε και εξωλοθρευσεν αυτους.

All the kingdom of Og in Bashan, which reigned in Ashtaroth and in Edrei, who remained of the remnant of the giants: for these did Moses smite, and cast them out.

Τους Γεσσουριτας ομως και τους Μααχαθιτας οι υιοι Ισραηλ δεν εξωλοθρευσαν, αλλα κατοικουσιν οι Γεσσουριται και οι Μααχαθιται μεταξυ του Ισραηλ εως της σημερον.

Nevertheless the children of Israel expelled not the Geshurites, nor the Maachathites: but the Geshurites and the Maachathites dwell among the Israelites until this day.

Μονον εις την φυλην του Λευι δεν εδωκε κληρονομιαν αι δια πυρος γινομεναι θυσιαι Κυριου του Θεου του Ισραηλ ειναι η κληρονομια αυτων, καθως ειπε προς αυτους.

Only unto the tribe of Levi he gave none inheritance; the sacrifices of the LORD God of Israel made by fire are their inheritance, as he said unto them.

Και εδωκεν ο Μωυσης εις την φυλην των υιων Ρουβην κληρονομιαν, κατα τας συγγενειας αυτων.

And Moses gave unto the tribe of the children of Reuben inheritance according to their families.

και τα ορια αυτων ησαν απο Αροηρ, της παρα το χειλος του ποταμου Αρνων, και η πολις εν τω μεσω του ποταμου, και πασα η πεδινη εως Μεδεβα,

And their coast was from Aroer, that is on the bank of the river Arnon, and the city that is in the midst of the river, and all the plain by Medeba;

η Εσεβων και πασαι αι πολεις αυτης, αι εν τη πεδινη Δαιβων, και η Βαμωθ−βααλ, και η Βαιθ−βααλ−μεων,

Heshbon, and all her cities that are in the plain; Dibon, and Bamoth–baal, and Beth–baal–meon,

και η Ιασσα, και η Κεδημωθ, και η Μηφααθ,

And Jahazah, and Kedemoth, and Mephaath,

και η Κιριαθαιμ, και η Σιβμα, και η Ζαρεθ−σααρ εν τω ορει της κοιλαδος,

And Kirjathaim, and Sibmah, and Zareth–shahar in the mount of the valley,

και η Βαιθ−φεγωρ, και η Ασδωθ−φασγα, και η Βαιθ−ιεσιμωθ,

And Beth–peor, and Ashdoth–pisgah, and Beth–jeshimoth,

και πασαι αι πολεις της πεδινης, και απαν το βασιλειον του Σηων βασιλεως των Αμορραιων, του βασιλευοντος εν Εσεβων, τον οποιον επαταξεν ο Μωυσης, αυτον και τους ηγεμονας της Μαδιαμ, τον Ευι και τον Ρεκεμ και τον Σουρ και τον Ουρ και τον Ρεβα αρχοντας του Σηων, κατοικουντας την γην.

And all the cities of the plain, and all the kingdom of Sihon king of the Amorites, which reigned in Heshbon, whom Moses smote with the princes of Midian, Evi, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, which were dukes of Sihon, dwelling in the country.

Και τον Βαλααμ τον υιον του Βεωρ, τον μαντιν, οι υιοι Ισραηλ εθανατωσαν εν μαχαιρα μεταξυ των φονευθεντων υπ αυτων.

Balaam also the son of Beor, the soothsayer, did the children of Israel slay with the sword among them that were slain by them.

Και των υιων Ρουβην, ο Ιορδανης ητο το οριον αυτων. Αυτη ειναι η κληρονομια των υιων Ρουβην κατα τας συγγενειας αυτων, αι πολεις και αι κωμαι αυτων.

And the border of the children of Reuben was Jordan, and the border thereof. This was the inheritance of the children of Reuben after their families, the cities and the villages thereof.

Και εδωκεν ο Μωυσης κληρονομιαν εις την φυλην Γαδ, εις τους υιους Γαδ, κατα τας συγγενειας αυτων

And Moses gave inheritance unto the tribe of Gad, even unto the children of Gad according to their families.

και το οριον αυτων ητο η Ιαζηρ, και πασαι αι πολεις της Γαλααδ και το ημισυ της γης των υιων Αμμων, εως της Αροηρ, της κατεναντι Ραββα,

And their coast was Jazer, and all the cities of Gilead, and half the land of the children of Ammon, unto Aroer that is before Rabbah;

και απο Εσεβων μεχρι Ραμαθ−μισπα και Βετονιμ, και απο Μαχαναιμ εως των οριων της Δεβειρ,

And from Heshbon unto Ramath–mizpeh, and Betonim; and from Mahanaim unto the border of Debir;

και εν τη κοιλαδι, Βαιθ−αραμ και Βαιθ−νιμρα και Σοκχωθ και Σαφων, το επιλοιπον του βασιλειου του Σηων βασιλεως της Εσεβων, και ο Ιορδανης το οριον εως του ακρου της θαλασσης Χιννερωθ περαν του Ιορδανου προς ανατολας.

And in the valley, Beth–aram, and Beth–nimrah, and Succoth, and Zaphon, the rest of the kingdom of Sihon king of Heshbon, Jordan and his border, even unto the edge of the sea of Chinnereth on the other side Jordan eastward.

Αυτη ειναι η κληρονομια των υιων Γαδ κατα τας συγγενειας αυτων, αι πολεις και αι κωμαι αυτων.

This is the inheritance of the children of Gad after their families, the cities, and their villages.

Και εδωκεν ο Μωυσης κληρονομιαν εις το ημισυ της φυλης Μανασση και εγεινε κτημα εις το ημισυ της φυλης των υιων Μανασση κατα τας συγγενειας αυτων.

And Moses gave inheritance unto the half tribe of Manasseh: and this was the possession of the half tribe of the children of Manasseh by their families.

Και το οριον αυτων ητο απο Μαχαναιμ, πασα η Βασαν, απαν το βασιλειον του Ωγ βασιλεως της Βασαν και πασαι αι κωμοπολεις του Ιαειρ, αι εν Βασαν, εξηκοντα πολεις

And their coast was from Mahanaim, all Bashan, all the kingdom of Og king of Bashan, and all the towns of Jair, which are in Bashan, threescore cities:

και το ημισυ της Γαλααδ και Ασταρωθ και Εδρει, πολεις του βασιλειου του Ωγ εκ Βασαν, εδοθησαν εις τους υιους Μαχειρ υιου Μανασση, εις το ημισυ των υιων Μαχειρ κατα τας συγγενειας αυτων.

And half Gilead, and Ashtaroth, and Edrei, cities of the kingdom of Og in Bashan, were pertaining unto the children of Machir the son of Manasseh, even to the one half of the children of Machir by their families.

Ουτοι ειναι οι τοποι, τους οποιους εκληροδοτησεν ο Μωυσης εις τας πεδιαδας Μωαβ, εις το περαν του Ιορδανου, πλησιον της Ιεριχω, προς ανατολας.

These are the countries which Moses did distribute for inheritance in the plains of Moab, on the other side Jordan, by Jericho, eastward.

Εις δε την φυλην του Λευι δεν εδωκε κληρονομιαν ο Μωυσης. Κυριος ο Θεος του Ισραηλ, αυτος ητο η κληρονομια αυτων, καθως ειπε προς αυτους.

But unto the tribe of Levi Moses gave not any inheritance: the LORD God of Israel was their inheritance, as he said unto them.
