I Chronicles 24

Και αυται ησαν αι διαιρεσεις των υιων του Ααρων οι υιοι του Ααρων, Ναδαβ και Αβιουδ, Ελεαζαρ και Ιθαμαρ.

Now these are the divisions of the sons of Aaron. The sons of Aaron; Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.

Και απεθανον ο Ναδαβ και ο Αβιουδ εμπροσθεν του πατρος αυτων, και δεν ειχον υιους οθεν ιερατευσαν ο Ελεαζαρ και ο Ιθαμαρ.

But Nadab and Abihu died before their father, and had no children: therefore Eleazar and Ithamar executed the priest's office.

Και διηρεσεν αυτους ο Δαβιδ, τον τε Σαδωκ εκ των υιων Ελεαζαρ, και τον Αχιμελεχ εκ των υιων του Ιθαμαρ, κατα τα χρεη αυτων εις την υπηρεσιαν αυτων.

And David distributed them, both Zadok of the sons of Eleazar, and Ahimelech of the sons of Ithamar, according to their offices in their service.

Ευρεθησαν δε πλειοτεροι αρχηγοι εκ των υιων Ελεαζαρ, παρα εκ των υιων Ιθαμαρ και διηρεθησαν ουτω εκ των υιων Ελεαζαρ ησαν δεκαεξ αρχηγοι οικου πατερων και εκ των υιων Ιθαμαρ οκτω αρχηγοι του οικου των πατερων αυτων.

And there were more chief men found of the sons of Eleazar than of the sons of Ithamar; and thus were they divided. Among the sons of Eleazar there were sixteen chief men of the house of their fathers, and eight among the sons of Ithamar according to the house of their fathers.

Διηρεσαν δε αυτους δια κληρων, τουτους προς εκεινους διοτι διευθυνται του αγιαστηριου και διευθυνται του οικου του Θεου ησαν εκ των υιων Ελεαζαρ και εκ των υιων Ιθαμαρ.

Thus were they divided by lot, one sort with another; for the governors of the sanctuary, and governors of the house of God, were of the sons of Eleazar, and of the sons of Ithamar.

Και κατεγραψεν αυτους Σεμαιας ο υιος του Ναθαναηλ ο γραμματευς, ο εκ των Λευιτων, εμπροσθεν του βασιλεως και των αρχοντων και Σαδωκ του ιερεως και Αχιμελεχ υιου του Αβιαθαρ και εμπροσθεν των αρχηγων των πατριων των ιερεων και Λευιτων, λαμβανομενης μιας πατριας εκ του Ελεαζαρ και μιας εκ του Ιθαμαρ.

And Shemaiah the son of Nethaneel the scribe, one of the Levites, wrote them before the king, and the princes, and Zadok the priest, and Ahimelech the son of Abiathar, and before the chief of the fathers of the priests and Levites: one principal household being taken for Eleazar, and one taken for Ithamar.

Ο πρωτος δε κληρος εξηλθεν εις τον Ιωιαρειβ, ο δευτερος εις τον Ιεδαιαν,

Now the first lot came forth to Jehoiarib, the second to Jedaiah,

ο τριτος εις τον Χαρημ, ο τεταρτος εις τον Σεωρημ,

The third to Harim, the fourth to Seorim,

ο πεμπτος εις τον Μαλχιαν, ο εκτος εις τον Μειαμειν,

The fifth to Malchijah, the sixth to Mijamin,

ο εβδομος εις τον Ακκως, ο ογδοος εις τον Αβια,

The seventh to Hakkoz, the eighth to Abijah,

ο ενατος εις τον Ιησουν, ο δεκατος εις τον Σεχανιαν,

The ninth to Jeshua, the tenth to Shecaniah,

ο ενδεκατος εις τον Ελιασειβ, ο δωδεκατος εις τον Ιακειμ,

The eleventh to Eliashib, the twelfth to Jakim,

ο δεκατος τριτος εις τον Ουφφα, ο δεκατος τεταρτος εις τον Ιεσεβαβ,

The thirteenth to Huppah, the fourteenth to Jeshebeab,

ο δεκατος πεμπτος εις τον Βιλγα, ο δεκατος εκτος εις τον Ιμμηρ,

The fifteenth to Bilgah, the sixteenth to Immer,

ο δεκατος εβδομος εις τον Εζειρ, ο δεκατος ογδοος εις τον Αφισης,

The seventeenth to Hezir, the eighteenth to Aphses,

ο δεκατος ενατος εις τον Πεθαια, ο εικοστος εις τον Ιεζεκιηλ,

The nineteenth to Pethahiah, the twentieth to Jehezekel,

ο εικοστος πρωτος εις τον Ιαχειν, ο εικοστος δευτερος εις τον Γαμουλ,

The one and twentieth to Jachin, the two and twentieth to Gamul,

ο εικοστος τριτος εις τον Δελαιαν, ο εικοστος τεταρτος εις τον Μααζιαν.

The three and twentieth to Delaiah, the four and twentieth to Maaziah.

Αυται ησαν αι διαταξεις αυτων εις την υπηρεσιαν αυτων, δια να εισερχωνται εις τον οικον του Κυριου κατα το διατεταγμενον εις αυτους δια χειρος Ααρων του πατρος αυτων, ως προσεταξεν εις αυτον Κυριος ο Θεος του Ισραηλ.

These were the orderings of them in their service to come into the house of the LORD, according to their manner, under Aaron their father, as the LORD God of Israel had commanded him.

Περι δε των επιλοιπων υιων Λευι εκ των υιων Αμραμ ητο ο Σουβαηλ, εκ των υιων Σουβαηλ ο Ιεδαιας.

And the rest of the sons of Levi were these: Of the sons of Amram; Shubael: of the sons of Shubael; Jehdeiah.

Περι του Ρεαβια εκ των υιων Ρεαβια ο πρωτος ητο ο Ιεσια.

Concerning Rehabiah: of the sons of Rehabiah, the first was Isshiah.

Εκ των Ισααριτων ο Σελωμωθ εκ των υιων Σελωμωθ ο Ιααθ.

Of the Izharites; Shelomoth: of the sons of Shelomoth; Jahath.

Οι δε υιοι Χεβρων ησαν Ιεριας ο πρωτος, Αμαριας ο δευτερος, Ιααζιηλ ο τριτος, Ιεκαμεαμ ο τεταρτος.

And the sons of Hebron; Jeriah the first, Amariah the second, Jahaziel the third, Jekameam the fourth.

Εκ των υιων Οζιηλ Μιχα εκ των υιων του Μιχα Σαμιρ.

Of the sons of Uzziel; Michah: of the sons of Michah; Shamir.

Ο αδελφος του Μιχα ητο ο Ιεσια εκ των υιων Ιεσια ο Ζαχαριας.

The brother of Michah was Isshiah: of the sons of Isshiah; Zechariah.

Οι υιοι του Μεραρι ησαν Μααλι και Μουσι οι υιοι του Ιααζια, Βενω.

The sons of Merari were Mahli and Mushi: the sons of Jaaziah; Beno.

Οι υιοι του Μεραρι δια του Ιααζια, Βενω και Σωαμ και Ζακχουρ και Ιβρι.

The sons of Merari by Jaaziah; Beno, and Shoham, and Zaccur, and Ibri.

Εκ του Μααλι ητο ο Ελεαζαρ, οστις δεν ειχεν υιους.

Of Mahli came Eleazar, who had no sons.

Περι δε του Κεις οι υιοι του Κεις, ο Ιεραμεηλ.

Concerning Kish: the son of Kish was Jerahmeel.

Και οι υιοι του Μουσι, Μααλι και Εδερ και Ιεριμωθ. Ουτοι ησαν οι υιοι των Λευιτων, κατα τους οικους των πατριων αυτων.

The sons also of Mushi; Mahli, and Eder, and Jerimoth. These were the sons of the Levites after the house of their fathers.

Ερριψαν και ουτοι κληρους, καθως οι αδελφοι αυτων οι υιοι του Ααρων, εμπροσθεν του βασιλεως Δαβιδ και του Σαδωκ και του Αχιμελεχ και των αρχηγων των πατριων των ιερεων και Λευιτων, εξισουμενων των πρωτων πατριων μετα των αδελφων αυτων των νεωτερων.

These likewise cast lots over against their brethren the sons of Aaron in the presence of David the king, and Zadok, and Ahimelech, and the chief of the fathers of the priests and Levites, even the principal fathers over against their younger brethren.
