I Chronicles 2

Ουτοι ειναι οι υιοι του Ισραηλ Ρουβην, Συμεων, Λευι και Ιουδας, Ισσαχαρ και Ζαβουλων,

These are the sons of Israel; Reuben, Simeon, Levi, and Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun,

Δαν, Ιωσηφ και Βενιαμιν, Νεφθαλι, Γαδ, και Ασηρ.

Dan, Joseph, and Benjamin, Naphtali, Gad, and Asher.

Υιοι του Ιουδα, Ηρ και Αυναν και Σηλα τρεις εγεννηθησαν εις αυτον εκ της θυγατρος του Σουα της Χαναανιτιδος. Ητο δε ο Ηρ, ο πρωτοτοκος του Ιουδα, πονηρος ενωπιον του Κυριου και εθανατωσεν αυτον.

The sons of Judah; Er, and Onan, and Shelah: which three were born unto him of the daughter of Shua the Canaanitess. And Er, the firstborn of Judah, was evil in the sight of the LORD; and he slew him.

Και Θαμαρ, η νυμφη αυτου, εγεννησεν εις αυτον τον Φαρες και τον Ζαρα. Παντες οι υιοι του Ιουδα ησαν πεντε.

And Tamar his daughter in law bare him Pharez and Zerah. All the sons of Judah were five.

Υιοι του Φαρες, Εσρων και Αμουλ.

The sons of Pharez; Hezron, and Hamul.

Και υιοι του Ζαρα, Ζιμβρι και Εθαν και Αιμαν και Χαλχολ και Δαρα παντες πεντε.

And the sons of Zerah; Zimri, and Ethan, and Heman, and Calcol, and Dara: five of them in all.

Και υιοι του Χαρμι, Αχαρ, ο ταραξας τον Ισραηλ, οστις εκαμε παραβασιν εις το αναθεμα.

And the sons of Carmi; Achar, the troubler of Israel, who transgressed in the thing accursed.

Και υιοι του Εθαν, Αζαριας.

And the sons of Ethan; Azariah.

Υιοι δε του Εσρων, οι γεννηθεντες εις αυτον, Ιεραμεηλ και Αραμ και Χαλεβ.

The sons also of Hezron, that were born unto him; Jerahmeel, and Ram, and Chelubai.

Και Αραμ εγεννησε τον Αμμιναδαβ, και Αμμιναδαβ εγεννησε τον Ναασσων, τον αρχοντα των υιων Ιουδα.

And Ram begat Amminadab; and Amminadab begat Nahshon, prince of the children of Judah;

Και Ναασσων εγεννησε τον Σαλμα, και Σαλμα εγεννησε τον Βοοζ,

And Nahshon begat Salma, and Salma begat Boaz,

και Βοοζ εγεννησε τον Ωβηδ, και Ωβηδ εγεννησε τον Ιεσσαι

And Boaz begat Obed, and Obed begat Jesse,

και Ιεσσαι εγεννησεν Ελιαβ τον πρωτοτοκον αυτου και Αβιναδαβ τον δευτερον και Σαμμα τον τριτον,

And Jesse begat his firstborn Eliab, and Abinadab the second, and Shimma the third,

Ναθαναηλ τον τεταρτον, Ραδδαι τον πεμπτον,

Nethaneel the fourth, Raddai the fifth,

Οσεμ τον εκτον, Δαβιδ τον εβδομον.

Ozem the sixth, David the seventh:

Και αδελφαι αυτων ησαν Σερουια και Αβιγαια. Και υιοι της Σερουιας, Αβισαι και Ιωαβ και Ασαηλ, τρεις.

Whose sisters were Zeruiah, and Abigail. And the sons of Zeruiah; Abishai, and Joab, and Asahel, three.

Η δε Αβιγαια εγεννησε τον Αμασα και πατηρ του Αμασα ητο Ιεθερ ο Ισμαηλιτης.

And Abigail bare Amasa: and the father of Amasa was Jether the Ishmeelite.

Και Χαλεβ ο υιος του Εσρων εγεννησεν υιους εκ της Αζουβα της γυναικος αυτου και εκ της Ιεριωθ και οι υιοι αυτης ησαν Ιεσερ και Σωβαβ και Αρδων.

And Caleb the son of Hezron begat children of Azubah his wife, and of Jerioth: her sons are these; Jesher, and Shobab, and Ardon.

Αποθανουσης δε της Αζουβα, ο Χαλεβ ελαβεν εις εαυτον την Εφραθ, ητις εγεννησεν εις αυτον τον Ωρ.

And when Azubah was dead, Caleb took unto him Ephrath, which bare him Hur.

Και Ωρ εγεννησε τον Ουρι, και ο Ουρι εγεννησε τον Βεζελεηλ.

And Hur begat Uri, and Uri begat Bezaleel.

Και μετα ταυτα εισηλθεν ο Εσρων προς την θυγατερα του Μαχειρ πατρος του Γαλααδ και ουτος ελαβεν αυτην ηλικιας ων εξηκοντα ετων και εγεννησεν εις αυτον τον Σεγουβ.

And afterward Hezron went in to the daughter of Machir the father of Gilead, whom he married when he was threescore years old; and she bare him Segub.

Και Σεγουβ εγεννησε τον Ιαειρ, οστις ειχεν εικοσιτρεις πολεις εν τη γη Γαλααδ.

And Segub begat Jair, who had three and twenty cities in the land of Gilead.

Και ελαβεν εξ αυτων Γεσσουρ και Αραμ τας κωμας Ιαειρ, την Καιναθ και τας κωμας αυτης, εξηκοντα πολεις. Πασαι αυται ησαν των υιων του Μαχειρ, πατρος του Γαλααδ.

And he took Geshur, and Aram, with the towns of Jair, from them, with Kenath, and the towns thereof, even threescore cities. All these belonged to the sons of Machir the father of Gilead.

Και αφου απεθανεν ο Εσρων Χαλεβ−εφραθα, Αβια η γυνη του Εσρων εγεννησεν εις αυτον Ασχωρ τον πατερα του Θεκουε.

And after that Hezron was dead in Caleb–ephratah, then Abiah Hezron's wife bare him Ashur the father of Tekoa.

Και οι υιοι του Ιεραμεηλ, πρωτοτοκου του Εσρων, ησαν Αραμ ο πρωτοτοκος, και Βουνα και Ορεν και Οσεμ και Αχια.

And the sons of Jerahmeel the firstborn of Hezron were, Ram the firstborn, and Bunah, and Oren, and Ozem, and Ahijah.

Ο Ιεραμεηλ ελαβε και αλλην γυναικα, της οποιας το ονομα ητο Αταρα αυτη ητο μητηρ του Ωναμ.

Jerahmeel had also another wife, whose name was Atarah; she was the mother of Onam.

Και οι υιοι του Αραμ, πρωτοτοκου του Ιεραμεηλ, ησαν Μαας και Ιαμειν και Εκερ.

And the sons of Ram the firstborn of Jerahmeel were, Maaz, and Jamin, and Eker.

Και οι υιοι του Ωναμ ησαν Σαμμαι και Ιαδαε. Και οι υιοι του Σαμμαι, Ναδαβ και Αβισουρ.

And the sons of Onam were, Shammai, and Jada. And the sons of Shammai; Nadab, and Abishur.

Και το ονομα της γυναικος του Αβισουρ ητο Αβιχαιλ, και εγεννησεν εις αυτον τον Ααβαν και τον Μωληδ.

And the name of the wife of Abishur was Abihail, and she bare him Ahban, and Molid.

Και οι υιοι του Ναδαβ ησαν Σελεδ και Απφαιμ απεθανε δε ο Σελεδ ατεκνος.

And the sons of Nadab; Seled, and Appaim: but Seled died without children.

Και οι υιοι του Απφαιμ, Ιεσει. Και οι υιοι του Ιεσει, Σησαν. Και οι υιοι του Σησαν, Ααλαι.

And the sons of Appaim; Ishi. And the sons of Ishi; Sheshan. And the children of Sheshan; Ahlai.

Και οι υιοι του Ιαδαε, αδελφου του Σαμμαι, Ιεθερ και Ιωναθαν απεθανε δε ο Ιεθερ ατεκνος.

And the sons of Jada the brother of Shammai; Jether, and Jonathan: and Jether died without children.

Και οι υιοι του Ιωναθαν, Φαλεθ και Ζαζα ουτοι ησαν οι υιοι του Ιεραμεηλ.

And the sons of Jonathan; Peleth, and Zaza. These were the sons of Jerahmeel.

Ο δε Σησαν δεν ειχεν υιους, αλλα θυγατερας. Και ειχεν ο Σησαν δουλον Αιγυπτιον, ονομαζομενον Ιαραα

Now Sheshan had no sons, but daughters. And Sheshan had a servant, an Egyptian, whose name was Jarha.

και εδωκεν ο Σησαν την θυγατερα αυτου εις τον Ιαραα, τον δουλον αυτου, εις γυναικα και εγεννησεν εις αυτον τον Ατθαι.

And Sheshan gave his daughter to Jarha his servant to wife; and she bare him Attai.

Και Ατθαι εγεννησε τον Ναθαν, και Ναθαν εγεννησε τον Ζαβαδ,

And Attai begat Nathan, and Nathan begat Zabad,

και Ζαβαδ εγεννησε τον Εφλαλ, και Εφλαλ εγεννησε τον Ωβηδ,

And Zabad begat Ephlal, and Ephlal begat Obed,

και Ωβηδ εγεννησε τον Ιηου, και Ιηου εγεννησε τον Αζαριαν,

And Obed begat Jehu, and Jehu begat Azariah,

και Αζαριας εγεννησε τον Χελης, και Χελης εγεννησε τον Ελεασα,

And Azariah begat Helez, and Helez begat Eleasah,

και Ελεασα εγεννησε τον Σισαμαι, και Σισαμαι εγεννησε τον Σαλλουμ,

And Eleasah begat Sisamai, and Sisamai begat Shallum,

και Σαλλουμ εγεννησε τον Ιεκαμιαν, και Ιεκαμιας εγεννησε τον Ελισαμα.

And Shallum begat Jekamiah, and Jekamiah begat Elishama.

Οι δε υιοι του Χαλεβ, αδελφου του Ιεραμεηλ, ησαν Μησα ο πρωτοτοκος αυτου, οστις ητο ο πατηρ του Ζιφ και οι υιοι του Μαρησα, πατρος του Χεβρων.

Now the sons of Caleb the brother of Jerahmeel were, Mesha his firstborn, which was the father of Ziph; and the sons of Mareshah the father of Hebron.

Και οι υιοι του Χεβρων, Κορε και Θαπφουα και Ρεκεμ και Σεμα.

And the sons of Hebron; Korah, and Tappuah, and Rekem, and Shema.

Και ο Σεμα εγεννησε τον Ρααμ, πατερα του Ιορκοαμ και ο Ρεκεμ εγεννησε τον Σαμμαι.

And Shema begat Raham, the father of Jorkoam: and Rekem begat Shammai.

Και ο υιος του Σαμμαι ητο Μαων ο δε Μαων ητο πατηρ Βαιθ−σουρ.

And the son of Shammai was Maon: and Maon was the father of Beth–zur.

Και η Γεφα, παλλακη του Χαλεβ, εγεννησε τον Χαρραν, και τον Μοσα, και τον Γαζεζ. Και Χαρραν εγεννησε τον Γαζεζ.

And Ephah, Caleb's concubine, bare Haran, and Moza, and Gazez: and Haran begat Gazez.

Και οι υιοι του Ιαδαι, Ρεγεμ και Ιωθαμ και Γησαν και Φελετ και Γεφα και Σαγαφ.

And the sons of Jahdai; Regem, and Jotham, and Geshan, and Pelet, and Ephah, and Shaaph.

Η Μααχα, παλλακη του Χαλεβ, εγεννησε τον Σεβερ και τον Θιρχανα.

Maachah, Caleb's concubine, bare Sheber, and Tirhanah.

Εγεννησεν ετι τον Σαγαφ πατερα Μαδμαννα, τον Σεβα πατερα Μαχβηνα και πατερα Γαβαα η θυγατηρ δε του Χαλεβ ητο η Αχσα.

She bare also Shaaph the father of Madmannah, Sheva the father of Machbenah, and the father of Gibea: and the daughter of Caleb was Achsah.

Ουτοι ησαν οι υιοι του Χαλεβ, υιου του Ωρ, πρωτοτοκου της Εφραθα Σωβαλ ο πατηρ Κιριαθ−ιαρειμ,

These were the sons of Caleb the son of Hur, the firstborn of Ephratah; Shobal the father of Kirjath–jearim,

Σαλμα ο πατηρ Βηθλεεμ, Αρεφ ο πατηρ Βαιθ−γαδερ.

Salma the father of Beth–lehem, Hareph the father of Beth–gader.

Και εις τον Σωβαλ τον πατερα Κιριαθ−ιαρειμ εγειναν υιοι, ο Αροε και Ασει−αμενουχωθ.

And Shobal the father of Kirjath–jearim had sons; Haroeh, and half of the Manahethites.

Και αι συγγενειαι Κιριαθ−ιαρειμ ησαν οι Ιεθριται και οι Φουθιται και οι Σουμαθιται και οι Μισραιται. Εκ τουτων εξηλθον οι Σαραθαιοι και οι Εσθαωλαιοι.

And the families of Kirjath–jearim; the Ithrites, and the Puhites, and the Shumathites, and the Mishraites; of them came the Zareathites, and the Eshtaulites.

Οι υιοι του Σαλμα, Βηθλεεμ και οι Νετωφαθιται, Αταρωθ του οικου Ιωαβ και οι Ζωριται, το ημισυ των Μαναχαθιτων,

The sons of Salma; Beth–lehem, and the Netophathites, Ataroth, the house of Joab, and half of the Manahethites, the Zorites.

και αι συγγενειαι των γραμματεων, των κατοικουντων εν Ιαβης, οι Θιραθιται, οι Σιμεαθιται και οι Σουχαθιται. Ουτοι ειναι οι Κεναιοι, οι εξελθοντες εκ του Αιμαθ, πατρος του οικου Ρηχαβ.

And the families of the scribes which dwelt at Jabez; the Tirathites, the Shimeathites, and Suchathites. These are the Kenites that came of Hemath, the father of the house of Rechab.
