Psalms 54

54:1

Ho an'ny mpiventy hira. Hampiarahina amin'ny valiha. Maskila nataon'i Davida, fony tonga ny Zifita ka nanao tamin'i Saoly hoe: Tsy miery any aminay va Davida? Vonjeo amin'ny anaranao aho, Andriamanitra ô, ary omeo rariny aho araka ny herinao.

Save me, O God, by thy name, and judge me by thy strength.

54:2

Andriamanitra ô, henoy ny fivavako; mihainoa ny tenin'ny vavako.

Hear my prayer, O God; give ear to the words of my mouth.

54:3

Fa olona hafa firenena no mitsangana hamely ahy, ary olon-dozabe no mitady ny aiko; tsy mihevitra an'Andriamanitra ho eo anatrehany izy.

For strangers are risen up against me, and oppressors seek after my soul: they have not set God before them. Selah.

54:4

Indro, Andriamanitra no Mpamonjy ahy; ny Tompo no Mpanohana ny fanahiko.

Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.

54:5

Hamaly ny ratsy ataon'ny mpampahory ahy Izy; aoka ny fahamarinanao no handringananao azy.

He shall reward evil unto mine enemies: cut them off in thy truth.

54:6

Sitrapoko ihany no hanaterako fanatitra ho Anao; hidera ny anaranao aho, Jehovah ô, fa tsara izy.

I will freely sacrifice unto thee: I will praise thy name, O LORD; for it is good.

54:7

Fa efa namonjy ahy ho afaka tamin'ny fahoriana rehetra Izy; ary ny masoko dia faly mijery ny amin'ny fahavaloko.

For he hath delivered me out of all trouble: and mine eye hath seen his desire upon mine enemies.
