Joshua 19

And the second lot came forth to Simeon, even for the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families: and their inheritance was within the inheritance of the children of Judah.

جب قرعہ ڈالا گیا تو شمعون کے قبیلے اور اُس کے کنبوں کو دوسرا حصہ مل گیا۔ اُس کی زمین یہوداہ کے قبیلے کے علاقے کے درمیان تھی۔

And they had in their inheritance Beer–sheba, or Sheba, and Moladah,

اُسے یہ شہر مل گئے: بیرسبع (سبع)، مولادہ،

And Hazar–shual, and Balah, and Azem,

حصار سوعال، بالاہ، عضم،

And Eltolad, and Bethul, and Hormah,

اِلتولد، بتول، حُرمہ،

And Ziklag, and Beth–marcaboth, and Hazar–susah,

صِقلاج، بیت مرکبوت، حصار سوسہ،

And Beth–lebaoth, and Sharuhen; thirteen cities and their villages:

بیت لباؤت اور ساروحن۔ اِن شہروں کی تعداد 13 تھی۔ ہر شہر کے گرد و نواح کی آبادیاں اُس کے ساتھ گنی جاتی تھیں۔

Ain, Remmon, and Ether, and Ashan; four cities and their villages:

اِن کے علاوہ یہ چار شہر بھی شمعون کے تھے: عین، رِمّون، عتر اور عسن۔ ہر شہر کے گرد و نواح کی آبادیاں اُس کے ساتھ گنی جاتی تھیں۔

And all the villages that were round about these cities to Baalath–beer, Ramath of the south. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families.

اِن شہروں کے گرد و نواح کی تمام آبادیاں بعلات بیر یعنی نجب کے رامہ تک اُن کے ساتھ گنی جاتی تھیں۔ یہ تھی شمعون اور اُس کے کنبوں کی ملکیت۔

Out of the portion of the children of Judah was the inheritance of the children of Simeon: for the part of the children of Judah was too much for them: therefore the children of Simeon had their inheritance within the inheritance of them.

یہ جگہیں اِس لئے یہوداہ کے قبیلے کے علاقے سے لی گئیں کہ یہوداہ کا علاقہ اُس کے لئے بہت زیادہ تھا۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ شمعون کا علاقہ یہوداہ کے بیچ میں ہے۔

And the third lot came up for the children of Zebulun according to their families: and the border of their inheritance was unto Sarid:

جب قرعہ ڈالا گیا تو زبولون کے قبیلے اور اُس کے کنبوں کو تیسرا حصہ مل گیا۔ اُس کی جنوبی سرحد یُقنعام کی ندی سے شروع ہوئی اور پھر مشرق کی طرف دباست، مرعلہ اور سارید سے ہو کر کسلوت تبور کے علاقے تک پہنچی۔ اِس کے بعد وہ مُڑ کر مشرقی سرحد کے طور پر دابرت کے پاس آئی اور چڑھتی چڑھتی یفیع پہنچی۔

And their border went up toward the sea, and Maralah, and reached to Dabbasheth, and reached to the river that is before Jokneam;

جب قرعہ ڈالا گیا تو زبولون کے قبیلے اور اُس کے کنبوں کو تیسرا حصہ مل گیا۔ اُس کی جنوبی سرحد یُقنعام کی ندی سے شروع ہوئی اور پھر مشرق کی طرف دباست، مرعلہ اور سارید سے ہو کر کسلوت تبور کے علاقے تک پہنچی۔ اِس کے بعد وہ مُڑ کر مشرقی سرحد کے طور پر دابرت کے پاس آئی اور چڑھتی چڑھتی یفیع پہنچی۔

And turned from Sarid eastward toward the sunrising unto the border of Chisloth–tabor, and then goeth out to Daberath, and goeth up to Japhia,

جب قرعہ ڈالا گیا تو زبولون کے قبیلے اور اُس کے کنبوں کو تیسرا حصہ مل گیا۔ اُس کی جنوبی سرحد یُقنعام کی ندی سے شروع ہوئی اور پھر مشرق کی طرف دباست، مرعلہ اور سارید سے ہو کر کسلوت تبور کے علاقے تک پہنچی۔ اِس کے بعد وہ مُڑ کر مشرقی سرحد کے طور پر دابرت کے پاس آئی اور چڑھتی چڑھتی یفیع پہنچی۔

And from thence passeth on along on the east to Gittah–hepher, to Ittah–kazin, and goeth out to Remmon–methoar to Neah;

وہاں سے وہ مزید مشرق کی طرف بڑھتی ہوئی جات حِفر، عیت قاضین اور رِمّون سے ہو کر نیعہ کے پاس آئی۔

And the border compasseth it on the north side to Hannathon: and the outgoings thereof are in the valley of Jiphthah–el:

زبولون کی شمالی اور مغربی سرحد حناتون میں سے گزرتی گزرتی وادیِ اِفتاح ایل پر ختم ہوئی۔

And Kattath, and Nahallal, and Shimron, and Idalah, and Beth–lehem: twelve cities with their villages.

بارہ شہر اُن کے گرد و نواح کی آبادیوں سمیت زبولون کی ملکیت میں آئے جن میں قطات، نہلال، سِمرون، اِدالہ اور بیت لحم شامل تھے۔

This is the inheritance of the children of Zebulun according to their families, these cities with their villages.

زبولون کے قبیلے کو یہی کچھ اُس کے کنبوں کے مطابق مل گیا۔

And the fourth lot came out to Issachar, for the children of Issachar according to their families.

جب قرعہ ڈالا گیا تو اِشکار کے قبیلے اور اُس کے کنبوں کو چوتھا حصہ مل گیا۔

And their border was toward Jezreel, and Chesulloth, and Shunem,

اُس کا علاقہ یزرعیل سے لے کر شمال کی طرف پھیل گیا۔ یہ شہر اُس میں شامل تھے: کسولوت، شونیم،

And Hapharaim, and Shion, and Anaharath,

حفاریم، شیون، اناخرت،

And Rabbith, and Kishion, and Abez,

ربیت، قِسیون، اِبض،

And Remeth, and En–gannim, and En–haddah, and Beth–pazzez;

ریمت، عین جنیم، عین حدّہ اور بیت فصیص۔

And the coast reacheth to Tabor, and Shahazimah, and Beth–shemesh; and the outgoings of their border were at Jordan: sixteen cities with their villages.

شمال میں یہ سرحد تبور پہاڑ سے شروع ہوئی اور شخصومہ اور بیت شمس سے ہو کر دریائے یردن تک اُتر آئی۔ 16 شہر اُن کے گرد و نواح کی آبادیوں سمیت اِشکار کی ملکیت میں آئے۔

This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Issachar according to their families, the cities and their villages.

اُسے یہ پورا علاقہ اُس کے کنبوں کے مطابق مل گیا۔

And the fifth lot came out for the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families.

جب قرعہ ڈالا گیا تو آشر کے قبیلے اور اُس کے کنبوں کو پانچواں حصہ مل گیا۔

And their border was Helkath, and Hali, and Beten, and Achshaph,

اُس کے علاقے میں یہ شہر شامل تھے: خِلقت، حلی، بطن، اَکشاف،

And Alammelech, and Amad, and Misheal; and reacheth to Carmel westward, and to Shihor–libnath;

المَلِک، عمعاد اور مِسال۔ اُس کی سرحد سمندر کے ساتھ ساتھ چلتی ہوئی کرمل کے پہاڑی سلسلے کے دامن میں سے گزری اور اُترتی اُترتی سیحور لِبنات تک پہنچی۔

And turneth toward the sunrising to Beth–dagon, and reacheth to Zebulun, and to the valley of Jiphthah–el toward the north side of Beth–emek, and Neiel, and goeth out to Cabul on the left hand,

وہاں وہ مشرق میں بیت دجون کی طرف مُڑ کر زبولون کے علاقے تک پہنچی اور اُس کی مغربی سرحد کے ساتھ چلتی چلتی شمال میں وادیِ اِفتاح ایل تک پہنچی۔ آگے بڑھتی ہوئی وہ بیت عِمق اور نعی ایل سے ہو کر شمال کی طرف مُڑی جہاں کابول تھا۔

And Hebron, and Rehob, and Hammon, and Kanah, even unto great Zidon;

پھر وہ عِبرون، رحوب، حمون اور قاناہ سے ہو کر بڑے شہر صیدا تک پہنچی۔

And then the coast turneth to Ramah, and to the strong city Tyre; and the coast turneth to Hosah; and the outgoings thereof are at the sea from the coast to Achzib:

اِس کے بعد آشر کی سرحد رامہ کی طرف مُڑ کر فصیل دار شہر صور کے پاس آئی۔ وہاں وہ حوسہ کی طرف مُڑی اور چلتی چلتی اکزیب کے قریب سمندر پر ختم ہوئی۔

Ummah also, and Aphek, and Rehob: twenty and two cities with their villages.

22 شہر اُن کے گرد و نواح کی آبادیوں سمیت آشر کی ملکیت میں آئے۔ اِن میں عُمہ، افیق اور رحوب شامل تھے۔

This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families, these cities with their villages.

آشر کو اُس کے کنبوں کے مطابق یہی کچھ ملا۔

The sixth lot came out to the children of Naphtali, even for the children of Naphtali according to their families.

جب قرعہ ڈالا گیا تو نفتالی کے قبیلے اور اُس کے کنبوں کو چھٹا حصہ مل گیا۔

And their coast was from Heleph, from Allon to Zaanannim, and Adami, Nekeb, and Jabneel, unto Lakum; and the outgoings thereof were at Jordan:

جنوب میں اُس کی سرحد دریائے یردن پر لقوم سے شروع ہوئی اور مغرب کی طرف چلتی چلتی یبنئیل، ادامی نقب، ایلون ضعننیم اور حلف سے ہو کر ازنوت تبور تک پہنچی۔ وہاں سے وہ مغربی سرحد کی حیثیت سے حقوق کے پاس آئی۔ نفتالی کی جنوبی سرحد زبولون کی شمالی سرحد اور مغرب میں آشر کی مشرقی سرحد تھی۔ دریائے یردن اور یہوداہ اُس کی مشرقی سرحد تھی۔

And then the coast turneth westward to Aznoth–tabor, and goeth out from thence to Hukkok, and reacheth to Zebulun on the south side, and reacheth to Asher on the west side, and to Judah upon Jordan toward the sunrising.

جنوب میں اُس کی سرحد دریائے یردن پر لقوم سے شروع ہوئی اور مغرب کی طرف چلتی چلتی یبنئیل، ادامی نقب، ایلون ضعننیم اور حلف سے ہو کر ازنوت تبور تک پہنچی۔ وہاں سے وہ مغربی سرحد کی حیثیت سے حقوق کے پاس آئی۔ نفتالی کی جنوبی سرحد زبولون کی شمالی سرحد اور مغرب میں آشر کی مشرقی سرحد تھی۔ دریائے یردن اور یہوداہ اُس کی مشرقی سرحد تھی۔

And the fenced cities are Ziddim, Zer, and Hammath, Rakkath, and Chinnereth,

ذیل کے فصیل دار شہر نفتالی کی ملکیت میں آئے: صدّیم، صیر، حمّت، رقّت، کِنّرت،

And Adamah, and Ramah, and Hazor,

ادامہ، رامہ، حصور،

And Kedesh, and Edrei, and En–hazor,

قادس، اِدرعی، عین حصور،

And Iron, and Migdal–el, Horem, and Beth–anath, and Beth–shemesh; nineteen cities with their villages.

اِرون، مِجدل ایل، حُریم، بیت عنات اور بیت شمس۔ ایسے 19 شہر تھے۔ ہر شہر کے گرد و نواح کی آبادیاں بھی اُس کے ساتھ گنی جاتی تھیں۔

This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Naphtali according to their families, the cities and their villages.

نفتالی کو یہی کچھ اُس کے کنبوں کے مطابق ملا۔

And the seventh lot came out for the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families.

جب قرعہ ڈالا گیا تو دان کے قبیلے اور اُس کے کنبوں کو ساتواں حصہ ملا۔

And the coast of their inheritance was Zorah, and Eshtaol, and Ir–shemesh,

اُس کے علاقے میں یہ شہر شامل تھے: صُرعہ، اِستال، عیرشمس،

And Shaalabbin, and Ajalon, and Jethlah,

شعلبّین، ایالون، اِتلاہ،

And Elon, and Thimnathah, and Ekron,

ایلون، تِمنت، عقرون،

And Eltekeh, and Gibbethon, and Baalath,

اِلتقِہ، جِبّتون، بعلات،

And Jehud, and Bene–berak, and Gath–rimmon,

یہود، بنی برق، جات رِمّون،

And Me–jarkon, and Rakkon, with the border before Japho.

مے یرقون اور رقون اُس علاقے سمیت جو یافا کے مقابل ہے۔

And the coast of the children of Dan went out too little for them: therefore the children of Dan went up to fight against Leshem, and took it, and smote it with the edge of the sword, and possessed it, and dwelt therein, and called Leshem, Dan, after the name of Dan their father.

افسوس، دان کا قبیلہ اپنے اِس علاقے پر قبضہ کرنے میں کامیاب نہ ہوا، اِس لئے اُس کے مردوں نے لشم شہر پر حملہ کر کے اُس پر فتح پائی اور اُس کے باشندوں کو تلوار سے مار ڈالا۔ پھر وہ خود وہاں آباد ہوئے۔ اُس وقت لشم شہر کا نام دان میں تبدیل ہوا۔ (دان اُن کے قبیلے کا باپ تھا۔)

This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families, these cities with their villages.

لیکن یشوع کے زمانے میں دان کے قبیلے کو اُس کے کنبوں کے مطابق مذکورہ تمام شہر اور اُن کے گرد و نواح کی آبادیاں مل گئیں۔

When they had made an end of dividing the land for inheritance by their coasts, the children of Israel gave an inheritance to Joshua the son of Nun among them:

پورے ملک کو تقسیم کرنے کے بعد اسرائیلیوں نے یشوع بن نون کو بھی اپنے درمیان کچھ موروثی زمین دے دی۔

According to the word of the LORD they gave him the city which he asked, even Timnath–serah in mount Ephraim: and he built the city, and dwelt therein.

رب کے حکم پر اُنہوں نے اُسے افرائیم کا شہر تِمنت سِرح دے دیا۔ یشوع نے خود اِس کی درخواست کی تھی۔ وہاں جا کر اُس نے شہر کو از سرِ نو تعمیر کیا اور اُس میں آباد ہوا۔

These are the inheritances, which Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel, divided for an inheritance by lot in Shiloh before the LORD, at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. So they made an end of dividing the country.

غرض یہ وہ تمام زمینیں ہیں جو اِلی عزر امام، یشوع بن نون اور قبیلوں کے آبائی گھرانوں کے سربراہوں نے سَیلا میں ملاقات کے خیمے کے دروازے پر قرعہ ڈال کر تقسیم کی تھیں۔ یوں تقسیم کرنے کا یہ کام مکمل ہوا۔
