I Chronicles 2

These are the sons of Israel; Reuben, Simeon, Levi, and Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun,

اسرائیل کے بارہ بیٹے روبن، شمعون، لاوی، یہوداہ، اِشکار، زبولون،

Dan, Joseph, and Benjamin, Naphtali, Gad, and Asher.

دان، یوسف، بن یمین، نفتالی، جد اور آشر تھے۔

The sons of Judah; Er, and Onan, and Shelah: which three were born unto him of the daughter of Shua the Canaanitess. And Er, the firstborn of Judah, was evil in the sight of the LORD; and he slew him.

یہوداہ کی شادی کنعانی عورت سے ہوئی جو سوع کی بیٹی تھی۔ اُن کے تین بیٹے عیر، اونان اور سیلہ پیدا ہوئے۔ یہوداہ کا پہلوٹھا عیر رب کے نزدیک شریر تھا، اِس لئے اُس نے اُسے مرنے دیا۔

And Tamar his daughter in law bare him Pharez and Zerah. All the sons of Judah were five.

یہوداہ کے مزید دو بیٹے اُس کی بہو تمر سے پیدا ہوئے۔ اُن کے نام فارص اور زارح تھے۔ یوں یہوداہ کے کُل پانچ بیٹے تھے۔

The sons of Pharez; Hezron, and Hamul.

فارص کے دو بیٹے حصرون اور حمول تھے۔

And the sons of Zerah; Zimri, and Ethan, and Heman, and Calcol, and Dara: five of them in all.

زارح کے پانچ بیٹے زِمری، ایتان، ہیمان، کلکول اور دارع تھے۔

And the sons of Carmi; Achar, the troubler of Israel, who transgressed in the thing accursed.

کرمی بن زِمری کا بیٹا وہی عکر یعنی عکن تھا جس نے اُس لُوٹے ہوئے مال میں سے کچھ لیا جو رب کے لئے مخصوص تھا۔

And the sons of Ethan; Azariah.

ایتان کے بیٹے کا نام عزریاہ تھا۔

The sons also of Hezron, that were born unto him; Jerahmeel, and Ram, and Chelubai.

حصرون کے تین بیٹے یرحمئیل، رام اور کلوبی یعنی کالب تھے۔

And Ram begat Amminadab; and Amminadab begat Nahshon, prince of the children of Judah;

رام کے ہاں عمی نداب اور عمی نداب کے ہاں یہوداہ کے قبیلے کے سردار نحسون پیدا ہوا۔

And Nahshon begat Salma, and Salma begat Boaz,

نحسون سلمون کا اور سلمون بوعز کا باپ تھا۔

And Boaz begat Obed, and Obed begat Jesse,

بوعز عوبید کا اور عوبید یسّی کا باپ تھا۔

And Jesse begat his firstborn Eliab, and Abinadab the second, and Shimma the third,

بڑے سے لے کر چھوٹے تک یسّی کے بیٹے اِلیاب، ابی نداب، سِمعا،

Nethaneel the fourth, Raddai the fifth,

نتنی ایل، ردّی،

Ozem the sixth, David the seventh:

اوضم اور داؤد تھے۔ کُل سات بھائی تھے۔

Whose sisters were Zeruiah, and Abigail. And the sons of Zeruiah; Abishai, and Joab, and Asahel, three.

اُن کی دو بہنیں ضرویاہ اور ابی جیل تھیں۔ ضرویاہ کے تین بیٹے ابی شے، یوآب اور عساہیل تھے۔

And Abigail bare Amasa: and the father of Amasa was Jether the Ishmeelite.

ابی جیل کے ایک بیٹا عماسا پیدا ہوا۔ باپ یتر اسمٰعیلی تھا۔

And Caleb the son of Hezron begat children of Azubah his wife, and of Jerioth: her sons are these; Jesher, and Shobab, and Ardon.

کالب بن حصرون کی بیوی عزوبہ کے ہاں بیٹی بنام یریعوت پیدا ہوئی۔ یریعوت کے بیٹے یشر، سوباب اور اردون تھے۔

And when Azubah was dead, Caleb took unto him Ephrath, which bare him Hur.

عزوبہ کے وفات پانے پر کالب نے اِفرات سے شادی کی۔ اُن کے بیٹا حور پیدا ہوا۔

And Hur begat Uri, and Uri begat Bezaleel.

حور اُوری کا اور اُوری بضلی ایل کا باپ تھا۔

And afterward Hezron went in to the daughter of Machir the father of Gilead, whom he married when he was threescore years old; and she bare him Segub.

60 سال کی عمر میں کالب کے باپ حصرون نے دوبارہ شادی کی۔ بیوی جِلعاد کے باپ مکیر کی بیٹی تھی۔ اِس رشتے سے بیٹا سجوب پیدا ہوا۔

And Segub begat Jair, who had three and twenty cities in the land of Gilead.

سجوب کا بیٹا وہ یائیر تھا جس کی جِلعاد کے علاقے میں 23 بستیاں بنام ’یائیر کی بستیاں‘ تھیں۔ لیکن بعد میں جسور اور شام کے فوجیوں نے اُن پر قبضہ کر لیا۔ اُس وقت اُنہیں قنات بھی گرد و نواح کے علاقے سمیت حاصل ہوا۔ اُن دنوں میں کُل 60 آبادیاں اُن کے ہاتھ میں آ گئیں۔ اِن کے تمام باشندے جِلعاد کے باپ مکیر کی اولاد تھے۔

And he took Geshur, and Aram, with the towns of Jair, from them, with Kenath, and the towns thereof, even threescore cities. All these belonged to the sons of Machir the father of Gilead.

سجوب کا بیٹا وہ یائیر تھا جس کی جِلعاد کے علاقے میں 23 بستیاں بنام ’یائیر کی بستیاں‘ تھیں۔ لیکن بعد میں جسور اور شام کے فوجیوں نے اُن پر قبضہ کر لیا۔ اُس وقت اُنہیں قنات بھی گرد و نواح کے علاقے سمیت حاصل ہوا۔ اُن دنوں میں کُل 60 آبادیاں اُن کے ہاتھ میں آ گئیں۔ اِن کے تمام باشندے جِلعاد کے باپ مکیر کی اولاد تھے۔

And after that Hezron was dead in Caleb–ephratah, then Abiah Hezron's wife bare him Ashur the father of Tekoa.

حصرون جس کی بیوی ابیاہ تھی فوت ہوا تو کالب اور اِفراتہ کے ہاں بیٹا اشحور پیدا ہوا۔ بعد میں اشحور تقوع شہر کا بانی بن گیا۔

And the sons of Jerahmeel the firstborn of Hezron were, Ram the firstborn, and Bunah, and Oren, and Ozem, and Ahijah.

حصرون کے پہلوٹھے یرحمئیل کے بیٹے بڑے سے لے کر چھوٹے تک رام، بونہ، اورن، اوضم اور اخیاہ تھے۔

Jerahmeel had also another wife, whose name was Atarah; she was the mother of Onam.

یرحمئیل کی دوسری بیوی عطارہ کا ایک بیٹا اونام تھا۔

And the sons of Ram the firstborn of Jerahmeel were, Maaz, and Jamin, and Eker.

یرحمئیل کے پہلوٹھے رام کے بیٹے معض، یمین اور عیقر تھے۔

And the sons of Onam were, Shammai, and Jada. And the sons of Shammai; Nadab, and Abishur.

اونام کے دو بیٹے سمّی اور یدع تھے۔ سمّی کے دو بیٹے ندب اور ابی سور تھے۔

And the name of the wife of Abishur was Abihail, and she bare him Ahban, and Molid.

ابی سور کی بیوی ابی خیل کے دو بیٹے اخبان اور مولِد پیدا ہوئے۔

And the sons of Nadab; Seled, and Appaim: but Seled died without children.

ندب کے دو بیٹے سلد اور افائم تھے۔ سلد بےاولاد مر گیا،

And the sons of Appaim; Ishi. And the sons of Ishi; Sheshan. And the children of Sheshan; Ahlai.

لیکن افائم کے ہاں بیٹا یِسعی پیدا ہوا۔ یِسعی سیسان کا اور سیسان اخلی کا باپ تھا۔

And the sons of Jada the brother of Shammai; Jether, and Jonathan: and Jether died without children.

سمّی کے بھائی یدع کے دو بیٹے یتر اور یونتن تھے۔ یتر بےاولاد مر گیا،

And the sons of Jonathan; Peleth, and Zaza. These were the sons of Jerahmeel.

لیکن یونتن کے دو بیٹے فلت اور زازا پیدا ہوئے۔ سب یرحمئیل کی اولاد تھے۔

Now Sheshan had no sons, but daughters. And Sheshan had a servant, an Egyptian, whose name was Jarha.

سیسان کے بیٹے نہیں تھے بلکہ بیٹیاں۔ ایک بیٹی کی شادی اُس نے اپنے مصری غلام یرخع سے کروائی۔ اُن کے بیٹا عتّی پیدا ہوا۔

And Sheshan gave his daughter to Jarha his servant to wife; and she bare him Attai.

سیسان کے بیٹے نہیں تھے بلکہ بیٹیاں۔ ایک بیٹی کی شادی اُس نے اپنے مصری غلام یرخع سے کروائی۔ اُن کے بیٹا عتّی پیدا ہوا۔

And Attai begat Nathan, and Nathan begat Zabad,

عتّی کے ہاں ناتن پیدا ہوا اور ناتن کے زبد،

And Zabad begat Ephlal, and Ephlal begat Obed,

زبد کے اِفلال، اِفلال کے عوبید،

And Obed begat Jehu, and Jehu begat Azariah,

عوبید کے یاہو، یاہو کے عزریاہ،

And Azariah begat Helez, and Helez begat Eleasah,

عزریاہ کے خلِص، خلِص کے اِلعاسہ،

And Eleasah begat Sisamai, and Sisamai begat Shallum,

اِلعاسہ کے سِسمی، سِسمی کے سلّوم،

And Shallum begat Jekamiah, and Jekamiah begat Elishama.

سلّوم کے یقمیاہ اور یقمیاہ کے اِلی سمع۔

Now the sons of Caleb the brother of Jerahmeel were, Mesha his firstborn, which was the father of Ziph; and the sons of Mareshah the father of Hebron.

ذیل میں یرحمئیل کے بھائی کالب کی اولاد ہے: اُس کا پہلوٹھا میسع زیف کا باپ تھا اور دوسرا بیٹا مریسہ حبرون کا باپ۔

And the sons of Hebron; Korah, and Tappuah, and Rekem, and Shema.

حبرون کے چار بیٹے قورح، تفّوح، رقم اور سمع تھے۔

And Shema begat Raham, the father of Jorkoam: and Rekem begat Shammai.

سمع کے بیٹے رخم کے ہاں یرقعام پیدا ہوا۔ رقم سمّی کا باپ تھا،

And the son of Shammai was Maon: and Maon was the father of Beth–zur.

سمّی معون کا اور معون بیت صور کا۔

And Ephah, Caleb's concubine, bare Haran, and Moza, and Gazez: and Haran begat Gazez.

کالب کی داشتہ عیفہ کے بیٹے حاران، موضا اور جازز پیدا ہوئے۔ حاران کے بیٹے کا نام جازز تھا۔

And the sons of Jahdai; Regem, and Jotham, and Geshan, and Pelet, and Ephah, and Shaaph.

یہدی کے بیٹے رجم، یوتام، جیسان، فلط، عیفہ اور شعف تھے۔

Maachah, Caleb's concubine, bare Sheber, and Tirhanah.

کالب کی دوسری داشتہ معکہ کے بیٹے شِبر، تِرحنہ،

She bare also Shaaph the father of Madmannah, Sheva the father of Machbenah, and the father of Gibea: and the daughter of Caleb was Achsah.

شعف (مدمنّہ کا باپ) اور سِوا (مکبینہ اور جِبعہ کا باپ) پیدا ہوئے۔ کالب کی ایک بیٹی بھی تھی جس کا نام عکسہ تھا۔

These were the sons of Caleb the son of Hur, the firstborn of Ephratah; Shobal the father of Kirjath–jearim,

سب کالب کی اولاد تھے۔ اِفراتہ کے پہلوٹھے حور کے بیٹے قِریَت یعریم کا باپ سوبل،

Salma the father of Beth–lehem, Hareph the father of Beth–gader.

بیت لحم کا باپ سلما اور بیت جادر کا باپ خارِف تھے۔

And Shobal the father of Kirjath–jearim had sons; Haroeh, and half of the Manahethites.

قِریَت یعریم کے باپ سوبل سے یہ گھرانے نکلے: ہرائی، مانحت کا آدھا حصہ

And the families of Kirjath–jearim; the Ithrites, and the Puhites, and the Shumathites, and the Mishraites; of them came the Zareathites, and the Eshtaulites.

اور قِریَت یعریم کے خاندان اِتری، فوتی، سُماتی اور مِسراعی۔ اِن سے صُرعتی اور اِستالی نکلے ہیں۔

The sons of Salma; Beth–lehem, and the Netophathites, Ataroth, the house of Joab, and half of the Manahethites, the Zorites.

سلما سے ذیل کے گھرانے نکلے: بیت لحم کے باشندے، نطوفاتی، عطرات بیت یوآب، مانحت کا آدھا حصہ، صُرعی

And the families of the scribes which dwelt at Jabez; the Tirathites, the Shimeathites, and Suchathites. These are the Kenites that came of Hemath, the father of the house of Rechab.

اور یعبیض میں آباد منشیوں کے خاندان تِرعاتی، سِمعاتی اور سوکاتی۔ یہ سب قینی تھے جو ریکابیوں کے باپ حمّت سے نکلے تھے۔
