LORD, my heart is not haughty, nor mine eyes lofty: neither do I exercise myself in great matters, or in things too high for me.

Пісня прочан. Давидова. Господи, серце моє не пишнилось, і очі мої не підносились, і я не ганявсь за речами, що більші й дивніші над мене!

Surely I have behaved and quieted myself, as a child that is weaned of his mother: my soul is even as a weaned child.

Таж я втихомирював і заспокоював душу свою, як дитя, від перс мами своєї відлучене, як дитина відлучена в мене душа моя!

Let Israel hope in the LORD from henceforth and for ever.

Хай надію складає ізраїль на Господа відтепер аж навіки!
