Zechariah 10

Ask ye of the LORD rain in the time of the latter rain; so the LORD shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field.

Ζητειτε παρα του Κυριου υετον εν τω καιρω της οψιμου βροχης και ο Κυριος θελει καμει αστραπας και θελει δωσει εις αυτους βροχας ομβρου, εις εκαστον βοτανην εν τω αγρω.

For the idols have spoken vanity, and the diviners have seen a lie, and have told false dreams; they comfort in vain: therefore they went their way as a flock, they were troubled, because there was no shepherd.

Διοτι τα ειδωλα ελαλησαν ματαιοτητα και οι μαντεις ειδον ορασεις ψευδεις και ελαλησαν ενυπνια ματαια παρηγορουν ματαιως δια τουτο μετετοπισθησαν ως ποιμνιον εταραχθησαν, διοτι δεν υπηρχε ποιμην.

Mine anger was kindled against the shepherds, and I punished the goats: for the LORD of hosts hath visited his flock the house of Judah, and hath made them as his goodly horse in the battle.

Ο θυμος μου εξηφθη κατα των ποιμενων και θελω τιμωρησει τους τραγους διοτι ο Κυριος των δυναμεων επεσκεφθη το ποιμνιον αυτου, τον οικον Ιουδα, και εκαμεν αυτους ως ιππον αυτου ενδοξον εν μαχη.

Out of him came forth the corner, out of him the nail, out of him the battle bow, out of him every oppressor together.

Απ αυτου εξηλθεν η γωνια, απ αυτου ο πασσαλος, απ αυτου το πολεμικον τοξον, απ αυτου πας ηγεμων ομου.

And they shall be as mighty men, which tread down their enemies in the mire of the streets in the battle: and they shall fight, because the LORD is with them, and the riders on horses shall be confounded.

Και θελουσιν εισθαι ως ισχυροι, καταπατουντες τους πολεμιους εν τω πηλω των οδων, εν τη μαχη και θελουσι πολεμησει, διοτι ο Κυριος ειναι μετ αυτων, και οι αναβαται των ιππων θελουσι καταισχυνθη.

And I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Joseph, and I will bring them again to place them; for I have mercy upon them: and they shall be as though I had not cast them off: for I am the LORD their God, and will hear them.

Και θελω ενισχυσει τον οικον Ιουδα και τον οικον Ιωσηφ θελω σωσει, και θελω επαναφερει αυτους, διοτι ηλεησα αυτους και θελουσιν εισθαι ως εαν δεν ειχον αποβαλει αυτους διοτι εγω ειμαι Κυριος ο Θεος αυτων και θελω εισακουσει αυτων.

And they of Ephraim shall be like a mighty man, and their heart shall rejoice as through wine: yea, their children shall see it, and be glad; their heart shall rejoice in the LORD.

Και οι Εφραιμιται θελουσιν εισθαι ως ισχυρος και η καρδια αυτων θελει χαρη ως απο οινου και τα τεκνα αυτων θελουσιν ιδει και χαρη η καρδια αυτων θελει ευφρανθη εις τον Κυριον.

I will hiss for them, and gather them; for I have redeemed them: and they shall increase as they have increased.

Θελω συριξει εις αυτους και θελω συναξει αυτους διοτι εγω ελυτρωσα αυτους και θελουσι πληθυνθη καθως ποτε επληθυνθησαν.

And I will sow them among the people: and they shall remember me in far countries; and they shall live with their children, and turn again.

Και θελω σπειρει αυτους μεταξυ των λαων και θελουσι με ενθυμηθη εν απομεμακρυσμενοις τοποις και θελουσι ζησει μετα των τεκνων αυτων και θελουσιν επιστρεψει.

I will bring them again also out of the land of Egypt, and gather them out of Assyria; and I will bring them into the land of Gilead and Lebanon; and place shall not be found for them.

Και θελω επαναφερει αυτους εκ γης Αιγυπτου και συναξει αυτους εκ της Ασσυριας και θελω φερει αυτους εις την γην Γαλααδ και εις τον Λιβανον, και δεν θελει εξαρκεσει εις αυτους.

And he shall pass through the sea with affliction, and shall smite the waves in the sea, and all the deeps of the river shall dry up: and the pride of Assyria shall be brought down, and the sceptre of Egypt shall depart away.

Και θελει περασει δια της θαλασσης εν θλιψει και θελει παταξει τα κυματα εν τη θαλασση και παντα τα βαθη του ποταμου θελουσι ξηρανθη, και η υπερηφανια της Ασσυριας θελει καταβληθη και το σκηπτρον της Αιγυπτου θελει αφαιρεθη.

And I will strengthen them in the LORD; and they shall walk up and down in his name, saith the LORD.

Και θελω ενισχυσει αυτους εις τον Κυριον, και θελουσι περιπατει εν τω ονοματι αυτου, λεγει Κυριος.
