Psalms 61

Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer.

हे परमेश्वर, मेरा प्रार्थना गीत सुन। मेरी विनती सुन।

From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

जहाँ भी मैं कितनी ही निर्बलता में होऊँ, मैं सहायता पाने को तुझको पुकारूँगा! जब मेरा मन भारी हो और बहुत दु:खी हो, तू मुझको बहुत ऊँचे सुरक्षित स्थान पर ले चल।

For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy.

तू ही मेरा शरणस्थल है! तू ही मेरा सुदृढ़ गढ़ है, जो मुझे मेरे शत्रुओं से बचाता है।

I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings. Selah.

तेरे डेरे में, मैं सदा सदा के लिए निवास करूँगा। मैं वहाँ छिपूँगा जहाँ तू मुझे बचा सके।

For thou, O God, hast heard my vows: thou hast given me the heritage of those that fear thy name.

हे परमेश्वर, तूने मेरी वह मन्नत सुनी है, जिसे तुझ पर चढ़ाऊँगा, किन्तु तेरे भक्तों के पास हर वस्तु उन्हें तुझसे ही मिली है।

Thou wilt prolong the king's life: and his years as many generations.

राजा को लम्बी आयु दे। उसको चिरकाल तक जीने दे!

He shall abide before God for ever: O prepare mercy and truth, which may preserve him.

उसको सदा परमेश्वर के साथ में बना रहने दे! तू उसकी रक्षा निज सच्चे प्रेम से कर।

So will I sing praise unto thy name for ever, that I may daily perform my vows.

मैं तेरे नाम का गुण सदा गाऊँगा। उन बातों को करूँगा जिनके करने का वचन मैंने दिया है।
