Psalms 47

O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph.

Pou chèf sanba yo. Se yon sòm pitit Kore yo.

For the LORD most high is terrible; he is a great King over all the earth.

Nou tout pèp yo, bat bravo! Fè lwanj Seyè a! Rele ak kè kontan!

He shall subdue the people under us, and the nations under our feet.

Paske, Seyè ki anwo nan syèl la, se moun ki pa nan jwèt, se moun pou nou pè. Se yon gwo wa k'ap gouvènen sou tout latè.

He shall choose our inheritance for us, the excellency of Jacob whom he loved. Selah.

Li fè nou dominen sou anpil pèp, li mete anpil nasyon sou zòd nou.

God is gone up with a shout, the LORD with the sound of a trumpet.

Se li ki chwazi peyi kote n'ap viv la pou nou. Peyi sa a se yon lwanj pou pitit Jakòb li renmen anpil yo.

Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises.

Bondye ap mache moute, tout pèp la ap rele, y'ap kònen klewon sitèlman yo kontan.

For God is the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding.

Chante pou Bondye, fè lwanj li! Wi, chante pou wa nou an, fè lwanj li!

God reigneth over the heathen: God sitteth upon the throne of his holiness.

Paske, se Bondye ki wa sou tout latè. Chante yon chante espesyal pou li!

The princes of the people are gathered together, even the people of the God of Abraham: for the shields of the earth belong unto God: he is greatly exalted.

Bondye dominen sou tout nasyon yo. Bondye chita sou fotèy ki apa pou li a. Chèf lòt peyi yo mete tèt yo ansanm ak pèp Bondye Abraram lan, paske se Bondye ki gen tout zam pou defann pèp yo. L'ap dominen sou tout bagay.
