Psalms 113

Praise ye the LORD. Praise, O ye servants of the LORD, praise the name of the LORD.

خداوند را سپاس باد! ای بندگان خداوند نام خداوند را ستایش کنید!

Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time forth and for evermore.

نام او، از حال تا به ابد متبارک باد!

From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the LORD'S name is to be praised.

از طلوع تا غروب آفتاب نام خداوند را ستایش کنید.

The LORD is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens.

خداوند بر همهٔ ملّتها فرمانروایی می‌کند، شکوه و عظمت او برتر از آسمانهاست.

Who is like unto the LORD our God, who dwelleth on high,

خداوند، خدای ما که بر بلندترین جایگاه عالم بالا نشسته است، مانند و همتایی ندارد.

Who humbleth himself to behold the things that are in heaven, and in the earth!

او خم شده از آسمان، زمین را نگاه می‌کند.

He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill;

مسکینان را از خاک برمی‌دارد و نیازمندان را از ذلّت می‌رهاند

That he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people.

و آنها را همنشین شاهزادگان، شاهزادگان قوم خویش می‌گرداند.

He maketh the barren woman to keep house, and to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the LORD.

به زنان نازا، خانواده می‌بخشد و آنها را شادمان می‌سازد. خداوند را سپاس باد!
