Isaiah 24

Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty, and maketh it waste, and turneth it upside down, and scattereth abroad the inhabitants thereof.

Ето, ГОСПОД изпразва земята и я запустява, обръща я и разпръсва жителите й.

And it shall be, as with the people, so with the priest; as with the servant, so with his master; as with the maid, so with her mistress; as with the buyer, so with the seller; as with the lender, so with the borrower; as with the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him.

И ще стане както с народа, така и със свещеника; както със слугата, така и с господаря му; както със слугинята, така и с господарката й; както с купувача, така и с продавача; както с този, който дава назаем, така и с този, който взема назаем; както с онзи, който взема лихва, така и с онзи, който му дава лихва.

The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken this word.

Съвсем ще се изпразни земята и напълно ще се оголи, защото ГОСПОД изговори това слово.

The earth mourneth and fadeth away, the world languisheth and fadeth away, the haughty people of the earth do languish.

Жалее и вехне земята, чезне и вехне светът. Чезнат високопоставените от народа на земята.

The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.

И земята е осквернена под жителите си, защото престъпиха законите, не зачитаха наредбата, нарушиха вечния завет.

Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.

Затова клетва погълна земята и жителите й се намериха виновни; затова жителите на земята изгоряха и малцина хора останаха.

The new wine mourneth, the vine languisheth, all the merryhearted do sigh.

Жалее младото вино, чезне лозето, въздишат всички, които имаха весело сърце.

The mirth of tabrets ceaseth, the noise of them that rejoice endeth, the joy of the harp ceaseth.

Спира веселието на тъпаните, престава шуменето на веселящите се, спира веселието на арфата.

They shall not drink wine with a song; strong drink shall be bitter to them that drink it.

Няма да пият вино с песни, спиртното питие ще загорчи на онези, които го пият.

The city of confusion is broken down: every house is shut up, that no man may come in.

Опустелият град се събори, всяка къща е затворена, никой не може да влезе.

There is a crying for wine in the streets; all joy is darkened, the mirth of the land is gone.

Оплаквателен вик има по улиците за виното; помрачи се всяка радост, оттегли се веселието на земята.

In the city is left desolation, and the gate is smitten with destruction.

В града остана пустош и портата е разбита, в развалини.

When thus it shall be in the midst of the land among the people, there shall be as the shaking of an olive tree, and as the gleaning grapes when the vintage is done.

Защото така ще бъде сред земята, между народите, както при бруленето на маслина, като пабиръка, когато свърши гроздоберът.

They shall lift up their voice, they shall sing for the majesty of the LORD, they shall cry aloud from the sea.

Тези ще издигнат глас, ще пеят за величието на ГОСПОДА, ще извикат от морето.

Wherefore glorify ye the LORD in the fires, even the name of the LORD God of Israel in the isles of the sea.

Затова прославете ГОСПОДА в източните страни, Името на ГОСПОДА, Израилевия Бог — по островите на морето.

From the uttermost part of the earth have we heard songs, even glory to the righteous. But I said, My leanness, my leanness, woe unto me! the treacherous dealers have dealt treacherously; yea, the treacherous dealers have dealt very treacherously.

От край-земята чухме песни: Слава на Праведния! Но аз казах: Чезна! Чезна! Горко ми! Грабители грабят, грабеж грабят грабители!

Fear, and the pit, and the snare, are upon thee, O inhabitant of the earth.

Страх и яма, и примка върху теб, земни жителю!

And it shall come to pass, that he who fleeth from the noise of the fear shall fall into the pit; and he that cometh up out of the midst of the pit shall be taken in the snare: for the windows from on high are open, and the foundations of the earth do shake.

И който бяга от гласа на страха, ще падне в ямата; а който излезе от ямата, ще се улови в примката; защото прозорците отгоре се отвориха и основите на земята треперят.

The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly.

Земята се разпадна напълно, земята се разложи напълно, земята силно се разтресе.

The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again.

Земята ще залита като пиян и ще се мята като колиба. Беззаконието й ще натегне върху нея и ще падне, и няма вече да стане.

And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall punish the host of the high ones that are on high, and the kings of the earth upon the earth.

И в онзи ден ГОСПОД ще накаже войнството на висините във висините и земните царе на земята.

And they shall be gathered together, as prisoners are gathered in the pit, and shall be shut up in the prison, and after many days shall they be visited.

И ще бъдат събрани, както се събират затворници в тъмницата. И ще бъдат затворени в затвора и след дълго време ще бъдат наказани.

Then the moon shall be confounded, and the sun ashamed, when the LORD of hosts shall reign in mount Zion, and in Jerusalem, and before his ancients gloriously.

Тогава луната ще се изчерви и слънцето ще се засрами, защото ГОСПОД на Войнствата ще царува на хълма Сион и в Ерусалим, и пред старейшините Си със слава.
