Ezekiel 24

Again in the ninth year, in the tenth month, in the tenth day of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

И ГОСПОДНОТО слово беше към мен в деветата година, в десетия месец, на десетия ден от месеца и каза:

Son of man, write thee the name of the day, even of this same day: the king of Babylon set himself against Jerusalem this same day.

Сине човешки, запиши си името на този ден, на точно този ден! На точно този ден вавилонският цар настъпи срещу Ерусалим.

And utter a parable unto the rebellious house, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Set on a pot, set it on, and also pour water into it:

И произнеси притча към бунтовния дом и им кажи: Така казва Господ БОГ: Сложи котела, сложи и налей и вода в него.

Gather the pieces thereof into it, even every good piece, the thigh, and the shoulder; fill it with the choice bones.

Събери в него късовете му, всеки добър къс, бут и плешка; напълни го с избрани кости.

Take the choice of the flock, and burn also the bones under it, and make it boil well, and let them seethe the bones of it therein.

Вземи най-доброто от стадото и натрупай дърва под него; нека да заври добре и костите му в него да се сварят.

Wherefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe to the bloody city, to the pot whose scum is therein, and whose scum is not gone out of it! bring it out piece by piece; let no lot fall upon it.

Затова, така казва Господ БОГ: Горко на града на кръвопролитието — на котела, чиято ръжда е по него и чиято ръжда не излиза от него! Къс по къс го извади, за тях не е хвърлен жребий за избор.

For her blood is in the midst of her; she set it upon the top of a rock; she poured it not upon the ground, to cover it with dust;

Защото кръвта му е сред него, той я сложи на гола скала, не я изля на земята, за да се покрие с пръст.

That it might cause fury to come up to take vengeance; I have set her blood upon the top of a rock, that it should not be covered.

За да надигна ярост, за да се извърши отмъщение, изложих на гола скала кръвта му, за да не се покрие.

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe to the bloody city! I will even make the pile for fire great.

Затова, така казва Господ БОГ: Горко на града на кръвопролитието! И Аз ще уголемя кладата за огъня.

Heap on wood, kindle the fire, consume the flesh, and spice it well, and let the bones be burned.

Натрупай дървата, разпали огъня, свари добре месото, сгъсти варивото и нека изгорят костите.

Then set it empty upon the coals thereof, that the brass of it may be hot, and may burn, and that the filthiness of it may be molten in it, that the scum of it may be consumed.

И постави котела празен на въглищата, за да се нажежи и зачерви бронзът му и да се стопи в него нечистотата му, да се унищожи ръждата му.

She hath wearied herself with lies, and her great scum went not forth out of her: her scum shall be in the fire.

Усилията са напразни — пак многото му ръжда не излезе от него, ръждата му остана и в огъня.

In thy filthiness is lewdness: because I have purged thee, and thou wast not purged, thou shalt not be purged from thy filthiness any more, till I have caused my fury to rest upon thee.

В нечистотата ти има позор. Понеже те чистих, а ти не се очисти, затова няма вече да се очистиш от нечистотата си, докато не уталожа върху теб яростта Си.

I the LORD have spoken it: it shall come to pass, and I will do it; I will not go back, neither will I spare, neither will I repent; according to thy ways, and according to thy doings, shall they judge thee, saith the Lord GOD.

Аз, ГОСПОД, изговорих това. Ще дойде и Аз ще го извърша, няма да отстъпя и няма да пощадя, и няма да се разкая. Според пътищата ти и според делата ти ще те съдят, заявява Господ БОГ.

Also the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

И ГОСПОДНОТО слово беше към мен и каза:

Son of man, behold, I take away from thee the desire of thine eyes with a stroke: yet neither shalt thou mourn nor weep, neither shall thy tears run down.

Сине човешки, ето, Аз отнемам от теб радостта на очите ти с един удар; а ти не оплаквай и не плачи, и да не текат сълзите ти!

Forbear to cry, make no mourning for the dead, bind the tire of thine head upon thee, and put on thy shoes upon thy feet, and cover not thy lips, and eat not the bread of men.

Смълчи въздишките, не прави оплакване на мъртви, навий си тюрбана и обуй сандалите на краката си, не покривай устните си и не яж хляба на хората.

So I spake unto the people in the morning: and at even my wife died; and I did in the morning as I was commanded.

И аз говорих на народа сутринта, а вечерта умря жена ми. И сутринта направих, както ми беше заповядано.

And the people said unto me, Wilt thou not tell us what these things are to us, that thou doest so?

И народът ми каза: Няма ли да ни обясниш какво значи за нас това, което правиш?

Then I answered them, The word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

И им казах: ГОСПОДНОТО слово беше към мен и каза:

Speak unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will profane my sanctuary, the excellency of your strength, the desire of your eyes, and that which your soul pitieth; and your sons and your daughters whom ye have left shall fall by the sword.

Говори на израилевия дом: Така казва Господ БОГ: Ето, Аз ще оскверня светилището Си, гордостта на силата ви, радостта на очите ви и желанието на душите ви. И синовете ви и дъщерите ви, които сте изоставили, ще паднат от меч.

And ye shall do as I have done: ye shall not cover your lips, nor eat the bread of men.

И вие ще направите, както направих аз: устните си няма да покриете и хляба на хората няма да ядете,

And your tires shall be upon your heads, and your shoes upon your feet: ye shall not mourn nor weep; but ye shall pine away for your iniquities, and mourn one toward another.

и тюрбаните ви ще бъдат на главите ви, и сандалите ви — на краката ви; няма да оплаквате и няма да плачете, а ще се топите в беззаконията си и ще въздишате един към друг.

Thus Ezekiel is unto you a sign: according to all that he hath done shall ye do: and when this cometh, ye shall know that I am the Lord GOD.

И Езекиил ще ви бъде за знамение; всичко, което направи той, ще направите и вие. Когато дойде, тогава ще познаете, че Аз съм Господ БОГ.

Also, thou son of man, shall it not be in the day when I take from them their strength, the joy of their glory, the desire of their eyes, and that whereupon they set their minds, their sons and their daughters,

А ти, сине човешки, ето, в деня, когато взема от тях силата им, радостта на великолепието им, желанието на очите им и копнежа на душите им — синовете им и дъщерите им,

That he that escapeth in that day shall come unto thee, to cause thee to hear it with thine ears?

в онзи ден ще дойде при теб оцелелият, за да извести това в ушите ти.

In that day shall thy mouth be opened to him which is escaped, and thou shalt speak, and be no more dumb: and thou shalt be a sign unto them; and they shall know that I am the LORD.

В онзи ден устата ти ще се отвори към оцелелия и ще говориш, и няма вече да бъдеш ням. И ще им бъдеш за знамение и те ще познаят, че Аз съм ГОСПОД.
