I John 5

Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.

Всеки, който вярва, че Иисус е Христос, е роден от Бога; и всеки, който люби Родителя, люби и родения от Него.

By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.

По това познаваме, че любим Божиите деца – когато любим Бога и изпълняваме Неговите заповеди.

For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

Защото това е любов към Бога – да пазим Неговите заповеди; и заповедите Му не са тежки.

For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

Защото всичко, което е родено от Бога, побеждава света; и това е победата, която е победила света – нашата вяра.

Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?

И кой побеждава света, ако не този, който вярва, че Иисус е Божият Син?

This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth.

Това е Иисус Христос, който е дошъл чрез вода и кръв; не само чрез водата, а чрез водата и чрез кръвта;

For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

и Духът е, който свидетелства, понеже Духът е истината.

And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.

Защото три са, които свидетелстват: Духът, водата и кръвта; и тези три са съгласни.

If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son.

Ако приемаме свидетелството на хората, свидетелството на Бога е по-велико, защото свидетелството на Бога е това, че Той е свидетелствал за Сина Си.

He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.

Който вярва в Божия Син, има свидетелството в себе си; който не вярва в Бога, Го е направил лъжец, защото не е повярвал на свидетелството, с което Бог е свидетелствал за Своя Син.

And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

И свидетелството е това, че Бог ни е дал вечен живот и този живот е в Неговия Син.

He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

Който има Сина, има живота; който няма Божия Син, няма живота.

These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

Това ви писах на вас, които вярвате в Името на Божия Син, за да знаете, че имате вечен живот.

And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:

И увереността, която имаме към Него е това, че ако молим нещо по Неговата воля, Той ни слуша;

And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

и ако знаем, че ни слуша, за каквото и да помолим, знаем, че получаваме това, което сме помолили от Него.

If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.

Ако някой види брат си, че извърши несмъртен грях, нека се моли, и Бог ще му даде живот – на онези, които съгрешават несмъртно. Има смъртен грях – не казвам за него да се моли.

All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.

Всяка неправда е грях; и има грях, който не е смъртен.

We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.

Знаем, че всеки, който е роден от Бога, не съгрешава; а *роденият от Бога, пази себе си* и лукавият не го докосва.

And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.

Ние знаем, че сме от Бога; и целият свят лежи в лукавия.

And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.

Знаем също, че Божият Син е дошъл и ни е дал разум да познаем истинния Бог; и ние сме в истинния Бог, в Неговия Син Иисус Христос. Този е истинният Бог и вечен живот.

Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.
