Psalms 148

Praise ye the LORD. Praise ye the LORD from the heavens: praise him in the heights.

هَلِّلُويَا. سَبِّحُوا الرَّبَّ مِنَ السَّمَاوَاتِ. سَبِّحُوهُ فِي الأَعَالِي.

Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts.

سَبِّحُوهُ يَا جَمِيعَ مَلاَئِكَتِهِ. سَبِّحُوهُ يَا كُلَّ جُنُودِهِ.

Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.

سَبِّحِيهِ يَا أَيَّتُهَا الشَّمْسُ وَالْقَمَرُ. سَبِّحِيهِ يَا جَمِيعَ كَوَاكِبِ النُّورِ.

Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens.

سَبِّحِيهِ يَا سَمَاءَ السَّمَاوَاتِ، وَيَا أَيَّتُهَا الْمِيَاهُ الَّتِي فَوْقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ.

Let them praise the name of the LORD: for he commanded, and they were created.

لِتُسَبِّحِ اسْمَ الرَّبِّ لأَنَّهُ أَمَرَ فَخُلِقَتْ،

He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass.

وَثَبَّتَهَا إِلَى الدَّهْرِ وَالأَبَدِ، وَضَعَ لَهَا حَدًّا فَلَنْ تَتَعَدَّاهُ.

Praise the LORD from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps:

سَبِّحِي الرَّبَّ مِنَ الأَرْضِ، يَا أَيَّتُهَا التَّنَانِينُ وَكُلَّ اللُّجَجِ.

Fire, and hail; snow, and vapour; stormy wind fulfilling his word:

النَّارُ وَالْبَرَدُ، الثَّلْجُ وَالضَّبَابُ، الرِّيحُ الْعَاصِفَةُ الصَّانِعَةُ كَلِمَتَهُ،

Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars:

الْجِبَالُ وَكُلُّ الآكَامِ، الشَّجَرُ الْمُثْمِرُ وَكُلُّ الأَرْزِ،

Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl:

الْوُحُوشُ وَكُلُّ الْبَهَائِمِ، الدَّبَّابَاتُ وَالطُّيُورُ ذَوَاتُ الأَجْنِحَةِ،

Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth:

مُلُوكُ الأَرْضِ وَكُلُّ الشُّعُوبِ، الرُّؤَسَاءُ وَكُلُّ قُضَاةِ الأَرْضِ،

Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children:

الأَحْدَاثُ وَالْعَذَارَى أَيْضًا، الشُّيُوخُ مَعَ الْفِتْيَانِ،

Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven.

لِيُسَبِّحُوا اسْمَ الرَّبِّ، لأَنَّهُ قَدْ تَعَالَى اسْمُهُ وَحْدَهُ. مَجْدُهُ فَوْقَ الأَرْضِ وَالسَّمَاوَاتِ.

He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye the LORD.

وَيَنْصِبُ قَرْنًا لِشَعْبِهِ، فَخْرًا لِجَمِيعِ أَتْقِيَائِهِ، لِبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ الشَّعْبِ الْقَرِيبِ إِلَيْهِ. هَلِّلُويَا.
