Psalms 136

O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.

اِحْمَدُوا الرَّبَّ لأَنَّهُ صَالِحٌ، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

O give thanks unto the God of gods: for his mercy endureth for ever.

احْمَدُوا إِلهَ الآلِهَةِ، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمتَهُ.

O give thanks to the Lord of lords: for his mercy endureth for ever.

احْمَدُوا رَبَّ الأَرْبَابِ، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

To him who alone doeth great wonders: for his mercy endureth for ever.

الصَّانِعَ الْعَجَائِبَ الْعِظَامَ وَحْدَهُ، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

To him that by wisdom made the heavens: for his mercy endureth for ever.

الصَّانِعَ السَّمَاوَاتِ بِفَهْمٍ، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

To him that stretched out the earth above the waters: for his mercy endureth for ever.

الْبَاسِطَ الأَرْضَ عَلَى الْمِيَاهِ، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

To him that made great lights: for his mercy endureth for ever:

الصَّانِعَ أَنْوَارًا عَظِيمَةً، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

The sun to rule by day: for his mercy endureth for ever:

الشَّمْسَ لِحُكْمِ النَّهَارِ، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

The moon and stars to rule by night: for his mercy endureth for ever.

الْقَمَرَ وَالْكَوَاكِبَ لِحُكْمِ اللَّيْلِ، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

To him that smote Egypt in their firstborn: for his mercy endureth for ever:

الَّذِي ضَرَبَ مِصْرَ مَعَ أَبْكَارِهَا، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

And brought out Israel from among them: for his mercy endureth for ever:

وَأَخْرَجَ إِسْرَائِيلَ مِنْ وَسَطِهِمْ، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

With a strong hand, and with a stretched out arm: for his mercy endureth for ever.

بِيَدٍ شَدِيدَةٍ وَذِرَاعٍ مَمْدُودَةٍ، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

To him which divided the Red sea into parts: for his mercy endureth for ever:

الَّذِي شَقَّ بَحْرَ سُوفٍ إِلَى شُقَق، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

And made Israel to pass through the midst of it: for his mercy endureth for ever:

وَعَبَّرَ إِسْرَائِيلَ فِي وَسَطِهِ، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

But overthrew Pharaoh and his host in the Red sea: for his mercy endureth for ever.

وَدَفَعَ فِرْعَوْنَ وَقُوَّتَهُ فِي بَحْرِ سُوفٍ، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

To him which led his people through the wilderness: for his mercy endureth for ever.

الَّذِي سَارَ بِشَعْبِهِ فِي الْبَرِّيَّةِ، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

To him which smote great kings: for his mercy endureth for ever:

الَّذِي ضَرَبَ مُلُوكًا عُظَمَاءَ، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

And slew famous kings: for his mercy endureth for ever:

وَقَتَلَ مُلُوكًا أَعِزَّاءَ، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

Sihon king of the Amorites: for his mercy endureth for ever:

سِيحُونَ مَلِكَ الأَمُورِيِّينَ، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

And Og the king of Bashan: for his mercy endureth for ever:

وَعُوجَ مَلِكَ بَاشَانَ، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

And gave their land for an heritage: for his mercy endureth for ever:

وَأَعْطَى أَرْضَهُمْ مِيرَاثًا، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

Even an heritage unto Israel his servant: for his mercy endureth for ever.

مِيرَاثًا لإِسْرَائِيلَ عَبْدِهِ، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

Who remembered us in our low estate: for his mercy endureth for ever:

الَّذِي فِي مَذَلَّتِنَا ذَكَرَنَا، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

And hath redeemed us from our enemies: for his mercy endureth for ever.

وَنَجَّانَا مِنْ أَعْدَائِنَا، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

Who giveth food to all flesh: for his mercy endureth for ever.

الَّذِي يُعْطِي خُبْزًا لِكُلِّ بَشَرٍ، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.

O give thanks unto the God of heaven: for his mercy endureth for ever.

احْمَدُوا إِلهَ السَّمَاوَاتِ، لأَنَّ إِلَى الأَبَدِ رَحْمَتَهُ.
