Ezekiel 35

मुझे यहोवा का वचन मिला। उसने कहा,
Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
“मनुष्य के पुत्र, सेईर पर्वत की ओर ध्यान दो और मेरे लिये इसके विरुद्ध कुछ कहो।
Son of man, set thy face against mount Seir, and prophesy against it,
इससे कहो, ‘मेरा स्वामी यहोवा यह कहता है: “‘सेईर पर्वत, मैं तुम्हारे विरुद्ध हूँ! मैं तुम्हें दण्ड दूँगा, मैं तुम्हें खाली बरबाद क्षेत्र कर दूँगा।
And say unto it, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O mount Seir, I am against thee, and I will stretch out mine hand against thee, and I will make thee most desolate.
मैं तुम्हारे नगरों को नष्ट करूँगा, और तुम खाली हो जाओगे। तब तुम समझोगे कि मैं यहोवा हूँ।
I will lay thy cities waste, and thou shalt be desolate, and thou shalt know that I am the LORD.
“‘क्यों क्योंकि तुम सदा मेरे लोगों के विरुद्ध रहे। तुमने इस्राएल के विरुद्ध अपनी तलवारों का उपयोग उनकी विपत्ति के समय में किया, उनके अन्तिम दण्ड के समय में।’”
Because thou hast had a perpetual hatred, and hast shed the blood of the children of Israel by the force of the sword in the time of their calamity, in the time that their iniquity had an end:
अत: मेरा स्वामी यहोवा कहता है, “मैं अपने जीवन की शपथ खाकर प्रतिज्ञा करता हूँ कि तुम्हें मैं मृत्यु के मुँह में भेजूँगा। मृत्यु तुम्हारा पीछा करेगी। तुम्हें व्यक्तियों के मारने से घृणा नहीं है, अत: मृत्यु तुम्हारा पीछा करेगी।
Therefore, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, I will prepare thee unto blood, and blood shall pursue thee: sith thou hast not hated blood, even blood shall pursue thee.
मैं सेईर पर्वत को खाली बरबाद कर दूँगा। मैं उस हर एक व्यक्ति को मार डालूँगा जो उस नगर से आएगा और मैं उस हर व्यक्ति को मार डालूँगा जो उस नगर में जाने का प्रयत्न करेगा।
Thus will I make mount Seir most desolate, and cut off from it him that passeth out and him that returneth.
मैं उसके पर्वतों को शवों से ढक दूँगा। वे शव तुम्हारी सारी पहाड़ियों, तुम्हारी घाटी और तुम्हारे सारे विषम जंगलों में फैले होंगे।
And I will fill his mountains with his slain men: in thy hills, and in thy valleys, and in all thy rivers, shall they fall that are slain with the sword.
मैं तुझे सदा के लिये खाली कर दूँगा। तुम्हारे नगरों में कोई नहीं रहेगा। तब तुम समझोगे कि मैं यहोवा हूँ।”
I will make thee perpetual desolations, and thy cities shall not return: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
तुमने कहा, “ये दोनों राष्ट्र और देश (इस्राएल और यहूदा) मेरे होंगे। हम उन्हें अपना बना लेंगे।” किन्तु यहोवा वहाँ है!
Because thou hast said, These two nations and these two countries shall be mine, and we will possess it; whereas the LORD was there:
मेरा स्वामी यहोवा कहता है, “तुम मेरे लोगों के प्रति ईर्ष्यालु थे। तुम उन पर क्रोधित थे और तुम मुझसे घृणा करते थे। अत: अपने जीवन की शपथ खाकर मैं प्रतिज्ञा करता हूँ कि मैं तुम्हें वैसे ही दण्डित करूँगा जैसे तुमने उन्हें चोट पहुँचाई। मैं तुझे दण्ड दूँगा और अपने लोगों को समझने दूँगा कि मैं उनके साथ हूँ।
Therefore, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, I will even do according to thine anger, and according to thine envy which thou hast used out of thy hatred against them; and I will make myself known among them, when I have judged thee.
तब तुम भी समझोगे कि मैंने तुम्हारे लिये सभी अपमानों को सुना है। “तुमने इस्राएल पर्वत के विरुद्ध बहुत सी बुरी बातें की हैं। तुमने कहा, ‘इस्राएल नष्ट कर दिया गया! हम लोग उसे भोजन की तरह चबा जाएंगे!’
And thou shalt know that I am the LORD, and that I have heard all thy blasphemies which thou hast spoken against the mountains of Israel, saying, They are laid desolate, they are given us to consume.
तुम गर्वीले थे तथा मेरे विरुद्ध तुमने बातें कीं। तुमने अनेक बार कहा और जो तुमने कहा, उसका हर एक शब्द मैंने सुना! हाँ, मैंने तुम्हें सुना।”
Thus with your mouth ye have boasted against me, and have multiplied your words against me: I have heard them.
मेरा स्वामी यहोवा यह कहता है, “उस समय सारी धरती प्रसन्न होगी जब मैं तुम्हें नष्ट करूँगा।
Thus saith the Lord GOD; When the whole earth rejoiceth, I will make thee desolate.
तुम तब प्रसन्न थे जब इस्राएल देश नष्ट हुआ था। मैं तुम्हारे साथ वैसा ही व्यवहार करुँगा। सेईर पर्वत और एदोम का पूरा देश नष्ट कर दिया जाएगा। तब तुम समझोगे कि मैं यहोवा हूँ।”
As thou didst rejoice at the inheritance of the house of Israel, because it was desolate, so will I do unto thee: thou shalt be desolate, O mount Seir, and all Idumea, even all of it: and they shall know that I am the LORD.
