Ezekiel 20

А в седмата година, в петия месец, на десетия ден от месеца, някои от израилевите старейшини дойдоха да се допитат до ГОСПОДА и седнаха пред мен.

And it came to pass in the seventh year, in the fifth month, the tenth day of the month, that certain of the elders of Israel came to enquire of the LORD, and sat before me.

И ГОСПОДНОТО слово беше към мен и каза:

Then came the word of the LORD unto me, saying,

Сине човешки, говори на израилевите старейшини и им кажи: Така казва Господ БОГ: Да се допитате до Мен ли сте дошли? Жив съм Аз — няма да се оставя да се допитате до Мен, заявява Господ БОГ!

Son of man, speak unto the elders of Israel, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Are ye come to enquire of me? As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I will not be enquired of by you.

Ще ги съдиш ли? Ще съдиш ли, сине човешки? Извести им гнусотиите на бащите им.

Wilt thou judge them, son of man, wilt thou judge them? cause them to know the abominations of their fathers:

И им кажи: Така казва Господ БОГ: В деня, когато избрах Израил и се заклех на потомството на якововия дом, и им се открих в египетската земя, и им се заклех, и казах: Аз съм ГОСПОД, вашият Бог! —

And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the day when I chose Israel, and lifted up mine hand unto the seed of the house of Jacob, and made myself known unto them in the land of Egypt, when I lifted up mine hand unto them, saying, I am the LORD your God;

в онзи ден им се заклех, че ще ги изведа от египетската земя в земя, която бях избрал за тях, в която тече мляко и мед, която е украшението на всичките земи.

In the day that I lifted up mine hand unto them, to bring them forth of the land of Egypt into a land that I had espied for them, flowing with milk and honey, which is the glory of all lands:

И им казах: Отхвърлете всеки мерзостите, които е поставил пред очите си, и не се осквернявайте с египетските идоли! Аз съм ГОСПОД, вашият Бог.

Then said I unto them, Cast ye away every man the abominations of his eyes, and defile not yourselves with the idols of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

Но те се разбунтуваха против Мен и не искаха да Ме послушат, не отхвърлиха всеки мерзостите, които беше поставил пред очите си, и не оставиха египетските идоли. Тогава си казах да излея яростта Си върху тях, за да изпълня гнева Си над тях сред египетската земя.

But they rebelled against me, and would not hearken unto me: they did not every man cast away the abominations of their eyes, neither did they forsake the idols of Egypt: then I said, I will pour out my fury upon them, to accomplish my anger against them in the midst of the land of Egypt.

Но подействах милостиво заради Името Си, за да не се оскверни то пред народите, между които бяха, и пред чиито очи им се открих, като ги изведох от египетската земя.

But I wrought for my name's sake, that it should not be polluted before the heathen, among whom they were, in whose sight I made myself known unto them, in bringing them forth out of the land of Egypt.

И ги изведох от египетската земя и ги заведох в пустинята.

Wherefore I caused them to go forth out of the land of Egypt, and brought them into the wilderness.

И им дадох наредбите Си и им известих правилата Си, които, като върши човек, ще живее чрез тях.

And I gave them my statutes, and shewed them my judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them.

Също и съботите Си им дадох да бъдат знак между Мен и тях, за да познаят, че Аз, ГОСПОД, ги освещавам.

Moreover also I gave them my sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the LORD that sanctify them.

Но израилевият дом се разбунтува против Мен в пустинята; не ходиха в наредбите Ми и отхвърлиха правилата Ми, които, като върши човек, ще живее чрез тях, и много оскверниха съботите Ми. Тогава си казах да излея яростта Си върху тях в пустинята, за да ги довърша.

But the house of Israel rebelled against me in the wilderness: they walked not in my statutes, and they despised my judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them; and my sabbaths they greatly polluted: then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them in the wilderness, to consume them.

Но подействах милостиво заради Името Си, за да не се оскверни то пред народите, пред чиито очи ги изведох.

But I wrought for my name's sake, that it should not be polluted before the heathen, in whose sight I brought them out.

И Аз също им се заклех в пустинята, че няма да ги заведа в земята, която им бях дал, в която тече мляко и мед, която е украшението на всички земи,

Yet also I lifted up my hand unto them in the wilderness, that I would not bring them into the land which I had given them, flowing with milk and honey, which is the glory of all lands;

защото отхвърлиха правилата Ми и не ходиха в наредбите Ми, и оскверниха съботите Ми, защото сърцето им отиваше след идолите им.

Because they despised my judgments, and walked not in my statutes, but polluted my sabbaths: for their heart went after their idols.

Но окото Ми ги пощади да не ги изтребя и не ги довърших напълно в пустинята.

Nevertheless mine eye spared them from destroying them, neither did I make an end of them in the wilderness.

И казах на синовете им в пустинята: Не ходете по наредбите на бащите си и не пазете правилата им, и не се осквернявайте с идолите им.

But I said unto their children in the wilderness, Walk ye not in the statutes of your fathers, neither observe their judgments, nor defile yourselves with their idols:

Аз съм ГОСПОД, вашият Бог. В Моите наредби ходете и Моите правила пазете и ги вършете,

I am the LORD your God; walk in my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them;

и освещавайте съботите Ми, и нека бъдат знак между Мен и вас, за да познаете, че Аз съм ГОСПОД, вашият Бог.

And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I am the LORD your God.

Но синовете се разбунтуваха против Мен, не ходиха в наредбите Ми и не опазиха правилата Ми, за да ги вършат, които, като върши човек, ще живее чрез тях, и оскверниха съботите Ми. Тогава си казах да излея яростта Си върху тях, за да изпълня гнева Си над тях в пустинята.

Notwithstanding the children rebelled against me: they walked not in my statutes, neither kept my judgments to do them, which if a man do, he shall even live in them; they polluted my sabbaths: then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them, to accomplish my anger against them in the wilderness.

Но оттеглих ръката Си и подействах милостиво заради Името Си, за да не се оскверни то пред народите, пред чиито очи ги изведох.

Nevertheless I withdrew mine hand, and wrought for my name's sake, that it should not be polluted in the sight of the heathen, in whose sight I brought them forth.

Също им се заклех в пустинята, че ще ги разпръсна между народите и ще ги разпръсна по разни страни,

I lifted up mine hand unto them also in the wilderness, that I would scatter them among the heathen, and disperse them through the countries;

защото не вършиха правилата Ми и отхвърлиха наредбите Ми, и оскверниха съботите Ми, и очите им бяха към идолите на бащите им.

Because they had not executed my judgments, but had despised my statutes, and had polluted my sabbaths, and their eyes were after their fathers' idols.

Затова и Аз им дадох наредби, които не бяха добри, и правила, чрез които нямаше да живеят,

Wherefore I gave them also statutes that were not good, and judgments whereby they should not live;

и ги оставих ги да се осквернят в приносите си, като превеждаха през огън всяко първородно — за да ги ужася, за да познаят, че Аз съм ГОСПОД.

And I polluted them in their own gifts, in that they caused to pass through the fire all that openeth the womb, that I might make them desolate, to the end that they might know that I am the LORD.

Затова, говорй на израилевия дом, сине човешки, и им кажи: Така казва Господ БОГ: Още и в това Ме похулиха бащите ви, като вършиха престъпленията си против Мен:

Therefore, son of man, speak unto the house of Israel, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Yet in this your fathers have blasphemed me, in that they have committed a trespass against me.

Когато ги доведох в земята, която се бях заклел да им дам, те огледаха всеки висок хълм и всяко клонесто дърво и там жертваха жертвите си, там принасяха оскърбителните си приноси, там полагаха приятните си благоухания и там изливаха възлиянията си.

For when I had brought them into the land, for the which I lifted up mine hand to give it to them, then they saw every high hill, and all the thick trees, and they offered there their sacrifices, and there they presented the provocation of their offering: there also they made their sweet savour, and poured out there their drink offerings.

И им казах: Какво е това високо място, на което отивате? И името му се нарече Вама и до днес.

Then I said unto them, What is the high place whereunto ye go? And the name thereof is called Bamah unto this day.

Затова, кажи на израилевия дом: Така казва Господ БОГ: Като се осквернявате в пътя на бащите си и блудствате след мерзостите им,

Wherefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Are ye polluted after the manner of your fathers? and commit ye whoredom after their abominations?

и като принасяте даровете си и превеждате синовете си през огън, се осквернявате с всичките си идоли и до днес, а Аз да се оставя ли да се допитвате до Мен, доме израилев? Жив съм Аз, заявява Господ БОГ — няма да оставя да се допитате до Мен!

For when ye offer your gifts, when ye make your sons to pass through the fire, ye pollute yourselves with all your idols, even unto this day: and shall I be enquired of by you, O house of Israel? As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I will not be enquired of by you.

И онова, което размишлявате, никак няма да стане, защото казвате: Ще станем като народите и като родовете на другите страни, ще служим на дървета и камъни.

And that which cometh into your mind shall not be at all, that ye say, We will be as the heathen, as the families of the countries, to serve wood and stone.

Жив съм Аз, заявява Господ БОГ — със силна ръка, с простряна мишца и с изляна ярост ще царувам над вас!

As I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out, will I rule over you:

И ще ви изведа от народите и ще ви събера от страните, в които сте разпръснати, със силна ръка, с простряна мишца и с изляна ярост,

And I will bring you out from the people, and will gather you out of the countries wherein ye are scattered, with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out.

и ще ви отведа в пустинята на народите и там ще се съдя с вас лице в лице.

And I will bring you into the wilderness of the people, and there will I plead with you face to face.

Както се съдих с бащите ви в пустинята на египетската земя, така ще се съдя с вас, заявява Господ БОГ.

Like as I pleaded with your fathers in the wilderness of the land of Egypt, so will I plead with you, saith the Lord GOD.

Ще ви прекарам под тоягата и ще ви въведа във връзките на завета.

And I will cause you to pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant:

И ще изчистя отсред вас бунтовниците и престъпниците против Мен; ще ги изведа от земята на пребиваването им, но няма да влязат в израилевата земя; и ще познаете, че Аз съм ГОСПОД.

And I will purge out from among you the rebels, and them that transgress against me: I will bring them forth out of the country where they sojourn, and they shall not enter into the land of Israel: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

А вие, доме израилев, така казва Господ БОГ: Идете, служете всеки на идолите си и занапред, ако няма да Ме слушате, но не осквернявайте вече святото Ми Име с даровете си и с идолите си!

As for you, O house of Israel, thus saith the Lord GOD; Go ye, serve ye every one his idols, and hereafter also, if ye will not hearken unto me: but pollute ye my holy name no more with your gifts, and with your idols.

Защото на Моя свят хълм, на високия израилев хълм, заявява Господ БОГ, там ще ми служи целият израилев дом, всичките в земята. Там ще ги приема и там ще поискам възвишаемите ви приноси и първаците на даровете ви с всичките ви свети неща.

For in mine holy mountain, in the mountain of the height of Israel, saith the Lord GOD, there shall all the house of Israel, all of them in the land, serve me: there will I accept them, and there will I require your offerings, and the firstfruits of your oblations, with all your holy things.

Ще ви приема като благоухание на умилостивение, когато ви изведа от народите и ви събера от страните, в които бяхте разпръснати; и ще се осветя във вас пред очите на народите.

I will accept you with your sweet savour, when I bring you out from the people, and gather you out of the countries wherein ye have been scattered; and I will be sanctified in you before the heathen.

И ще познаете, че Аз съм ГОСПОД, когато ви доведа в израилевата земя, в страната, която се заклех да дам на бащите ви.

And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall bring you into the land of Israel, into the country for the which I lifted up mine hand to give it to your fathers.

Там ще си спомните за пътищата си и за всичките си дела, чрез които се осквернихте; и ще се погнусите сами от себе си заради всичките злини, които извършихте.

And there shall ye remember your ways, and all your doings, wherein ye have been defiled; and ye shall lothe yourselves in your own sight for all your evils that ye have committed.

И ще познаете, че Аз съм ГОСПОД, когато постъпя така с вас заради Името Си, а не според злите ви пътища, нито според покварените ви дела, доме израилев, заявява Господ БОГ.

And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I have wrought with you for my name's sake, not according to your wicked ways, nor according to your corrupt doings, O ye house of Israel, saith the Lord GOD.

И ГОСПОДНОТО слово беше към мен и каза:

Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

Сине човешки, насочи лицето си към пладне и говори към юг и пророкувай против гората на южното поле.

Son of man, set thy face toward the south, and drop thy word toward the south, and prophesy against the forest of the south field;

И кажи на южната гора: Слушай ГОСПОДНОТО слово! Така казва Господ БОГ: Ето, Аз ще запаля в теб огън, който ще пояде в теб всяко зелено дърво и всяко сухо дърво; пламтящият пламък няма да угасне и цялата площ от юг до север ще изгори от него.

And say to the forest of the south, Hear the word of the LORD; Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will kindle a fire in thee, and it shall devour every green tree in thee, and every dry tree: the flaming flame shall not be quenched, and all faces from the south to the north shall be burned therein.

И всяко създание ще види, че Аз, ГОСПОД, го запалих; няма да угасне.

And all flesh shall see that I the LORD have kindled it: it shall not be quenched.

И аз казах: О, Господи, БОЖЕ! Те казват за мен: Този не говори ли притчи?

Then said I, Ah Lord GOD! they say of me, Doth he not speak parables?
