Colossians 3

И така, ако сте били възкресени заедно с Христос, търсете това, което е горе, където Христос седи отдясно на Бога.

If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.

Мислете за горното, а не за земното;

Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.

защото умряхте и животът ви е скрит с Христос в Бога.

For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

Когато Христос, нашият живот, се яви, тогава и вие ще се явите с Него в слава.

When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

Затова умъртвете земното у вас: блудство, нечистота, страст, зли желания и сребролюбие, което е идолопоклонство,

Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:

заради които Божият гняв идва върху синовете на непокорството,

For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:

сред които и вие някога сте ходили, когато живеехте в тези неща.

In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them.

Но сега отхвърлете и вие всичко това: гняв, ярост, злоба, хулене, срамно говорене с устата.

But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.

Не се лъжете един друг, понеже сте съблекли вече стария човек с делата му

Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;

и сте облекли новия, който се подновява в познаване по образа на Този, който го е създал,

And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:

където няма грък или юдеин, обрязан или необрязан, варварин, скит, роб или свободен, а Христос е всичко и във всичко.

Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.

И така, като Божии избрани, свети и възлюбени, облечете се с милосърдие, благост, смирение, кротост, дълготърпение,

Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;

като си претърпявате един на друг и един на друг си прощавате, ако някой има оплакване против някого; както и Господ е простил на вас, така прощавайте и вие.

Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.

А над всичко това облечете се в любовта, която свързва всичко в съвършенство.

And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.

И нека в сърцата ви царува Божият мир, за който и бяхте призовани в едно тяло; и бъдете благодарни.

And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

Нека Христовото слово да се вселява във вас богато; с пълна мъдрост се учете и се увещавайте с псалми и химни, и духовни песни, като пеете на Господа с благодат в сърцата си.

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

И каквото и да вършите със слово или дело, вършете всичко в Името на Господ Иисус, като благодарите чрез Него на Бог и Отец.

And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

Жени, подчинявайте се на мъжете си, както е подобаващо в Господа.

Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord.

Мъже, любете жените си и не се огорчавайте срещу тях.

Husbands, love your wives, and be not bitter against them.

Деца, покорявайте се на родителите си във всичко, защото това е угодно на Господа.

Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord.

Бащи, не дразнете децата си, за да не се обезсърчават.

Fathers, provoke not your children to anger, lest they be discouraged.

Слуги, покорявайте се във всичко на господарите си по плът, като работите не за пред очи, като че угаждате на хора, а със сърдечна простота, боейки се от Господа.

Servants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh; not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God:

Каквото и да вършите, работете от сърце, като за Господа, а не като за хора,

And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;

като знаете, че като отплата от Господа ще получите наследството, тъй като вие служите на Господ Христос.

Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.

А всеки, който върши неправда, ще получи обратно своята неправда, и то без никакво пристрастие.

But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.
