I Corinthians 3

И аз, братя, не можах да говоря на вас като на духовни хора, а като на плътски, като на невръстни в Христос.

And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.

Храних ви с мляко, а не с твърда храна; защото още не можехте да я приемете, а и сега още не можете.

I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.

Защото и досега сте плътски. Защото, докато между вас има завист и кавги, и разцепления, не сте ли плътски и не постъпвате ли по човешки?

For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

Защото, когато един казва: Аз съм Павлов, а друг: Аз съм Аполосов, не постъпвате ли по човешки?

For while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal?

Какво е тогава Аполос и какво — Павел? Служители, чрез които повярвахте, и то, както Господ е дал на всекиго.

Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man?

Аз посадих, Аполос напои, но Господ даде растежа.

I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.

И така, нито този, който сади, е нещо, нито този, който напоява, а Господ, който дава растеж.

So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.

И така, този, който сади, и този, който напоява, са едно, но всеки ще получи своя собствена награда според своя собствен труд.

Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.

Защото сме съработници на Бога; вие сте Божия нива, Божи строеж.

For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.

Според дадената ми Божия благодат, като мъдър майстор-строител аз положих основа, а друг гради на нея. Но всеки нека да внимава как гради на нея.

According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.

Защото никой не може да положи друга основа освен тази, която е положена, която е Иисус Христос.

For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.

И ако някой гради на тази основа злато, сребро, скъпоценни камъни, дърва, сено, слама,

Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;

на всекиго работата ще стане явна каква е; защото Денят ще я изяви, понеже в огън се открива; и огънят ще изпита каква е работата на всекиго.

Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.

Този, на когото работата, която е градил, устои, ще получи награда.

If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.

А този, на когото работата изгори, ще претърпи загуба; но самият той ще се спаси, само че като през огън.

If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.

Не знаете ли, че сте храм на Бога и че Божият Дух живее във вас?

Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

Ако някой развали Божия храм, него Бог ще развали; защото Божият храм е свят, а този храм сте вие.

If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.

Нека никой да не лъже себе си! Ако някой между вас мисли, че е мъдър според този свят, нека стане глупав, за да бъде мъдър.

Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.

Защото мъдростта на този свят е глупост пред Бога, понеже е писано: "Улавя мъдрите в лукавството им";

For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.

и пак: "Господ знае, че разсъжденията на мъдрите са суетни."

And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain.

Затова никой да не се хвали с хората, защото всичко е ваше:

Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours;

било Павел, или Аполос, или Кифа, или свят, или живот, или смърт, или сегашното, или бъдещето — всичко е ваше;

Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours;

а вие сте Христови, а Христос — Божи.

And ye are Christ's; and Christ is God's.
